After 15 days and a reminder to find out where the shipment is, I still have not received my order. I wrote to get an update and have not received a reply. I had read good reviews about your service, but I cannot say I am satisfied. I hope to receive the order

I have not received my order after more than 20 days, you answer me when you want and I have not received my labels.

Very disappointing. I have not received my order (done more than 20 days ago). It is not possible to get information about the status , phone contact service does not work and nobody answers an email...

I still haven't received my order after more than 15 days... My daughter went back to nursery without her labels.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED! THE TELEPHONE NUMBER INDICATED THERE HAS AN ANSWERING MACHINE THAT INFORMS YOU THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER ANSWERING THE PHONE. I WROTE AN EMAIL TO THAT DEPARTMENT, WHICH TOLD ME THAT IT WAS ON ITS WAY. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A LONG TIME, THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT, SO NO ONE GIVING ME AN EXPLANATION OF WHERE MY ORDER IS IS NOT NORMAL AT ALL. I ASK THAT SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU READ ME. The first time the order arrived on time, then very long time, hoping the latter will arrive and not be lost

I followed the instructions as written on the sheet and on the first wash they came off...better haberdashery ones last longer and cost less(as far as the fabric is concerned)

I purchased a nursery kit to mark my daughter's clothes and terrible!!!!! They have not even held up to 1 wash. I meticulously followed all the directions, I have washed cold and without spinning and more than half of them are completely lifted. I expected more from them! I doubt very much that I will buy them again the truth!

The stickers have a tiny font and cannot be read.

I have not received it yet! Since February 12th!

I never received the order

I ordered thermo adhesive labels on February 15 and unfortunately to date have not received it. As stated on the site, label shipments are not trackable so it is not possible to tell where/what the shipment is

The labels I bought are really nice, but even though I applied them strictly following the instructions provided, they keep coming off. On some fabrics then they don't stick at all. I am disappointed and sorry because the idea was nice. On-time shipping and delivery. As a gift I received some very pretty stickers.

The truth is that I am very upset...the labels do not help me at all. I have stuck them as it says in the instructions and I have washed them after 48 hours and they have all peeled off, without exception. So I've thrown my money away and I'm still as I was, unable to put the names on my son's clothes.

I'm very disappointed by the quality of the stoppers. Your products are quite expensive, and this is the third bottle stopper I've bought in less than 18 months. This one lasted 3 days. Received on Monday, broken on Thursday by my 5 year old son who was opening it!

Hello this last supply is very bad. All labels are peeling off after one wash ( cold wash). The previous supplies ( bought 4 years ago) were much better and still hold up to washing. I don't know what has happened to the quality of the product this time. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Alessandra

Great designs, unfortunately incredibly poor quality. The stickers come off after 1 wash or not even, and so far ALL have come off. I have already ordered from others, only here is the case.

Followed instructions for ironing on the labels. All adhered well until they were washed were 8/10 tags came off after 1 wash. Waste of money.

Quite expensive for a few labels... I wouldn't recommend it.

I received another person's labels and I still haven't received mine. One person told me on the phone I'd do what was necessary and 10 days later still nothing.

The order was delivered very late, without taking into account the estimated delivery date (more than 15 days late) and I had no answer at any time as to the reason for this delay.

Buongiorno Le etichette sono esteticamente molto ben fatte, rispecchiano la simulazione al momento della creazione, colori vivi e presentazione fedele alle aspettative. Quello che delude vivamente è invece la loro durata ed il loro utilizzo, che sono alla fine il solo scopo per cui comprarle. Pur seguendo fedelmente tutte le istruzioni, le etichette sono venute vie a vestiti mai messi o al primo lavaggio, neanche il tempo di consegnare gli indumenti allasilo con etichette annesse. Mi ha sinceramente deluso anche perché ripeto, era il solo motivo per cui mi ero avvalsa dei vostri servizi così tanto sponsorizzati.
