I made a mistake when ordering that I only realised after I'd completed the order. The customer service team were quick to respond and sent me out a replacement at no extra cost. I've been using Petit-Fernand for years and will continue to do so! Highly recommend.

I've been using Petit-Fernand for two years now and also recommended to my friends and other moms from school. All the stickers (clothes, shoes and accessories labels) stay in place "for good". Just make sure you leave it for 24h before wearing. Won't come off during washing, however it's really easy to remove from outgrown clothes either.

We love C-MonEtiquette products. The design and the website are great. Only on my orders of the last 2 years I've had problems, not the right number of labels requested, some quite numerous that don't come off the booklet properly. Each time, the after-sales service was difficult to contact and there was no solution. That didn't stop me from ordering this year. But I think it's a real shame.
