I had ordered two personalized water bottles for the kids. One of them was not what I ordered. I contacted customer service, who apologized and sent me back another bottle, this time compliant, without discussion, very quickly and at no extra charge. Everything is great! Although this last time I bought labels to give away and they came in the same pack with those of my little one. It would be interesting to be able to choose the option to see them together or separated by name.

All the stickers were nicely put together in a booklet, the quality seems to be good. Only the delivery time leaves something to be desired, even though the letter itself was sent very quickly.
