More than 20 days after payment and my order, I still have not received the goods and have not been contacted by anyone, despite several reports,except through computerized emails.

Customer service is really great. My orders didn't arrive after 10 days. I thought it was lost in the delivery. So they sent me another one as soon as possible for free. When the order is delivered. I love it! It comes in a tiny book of stickers.

Disappointed by the quality of the labels, which do not peel off easily and many are lost.
