I received the personalized water bottle with the name ruined. I contacted customer service to arrange a return and reorder but never received a response.

This is the second time I've ordered. The first time, very good. This time I'm sorry. It is now 22/09/22 and I am still waiting for my labels ordered on 29/08/22. Despite emails I still haven't received anything.
First of all, I ordered a kindergarten pack for the first time. I spent 3 hours gluing the iron-on labels to all my daughter's clothes, using the iron and respecting the pause time. I then recommended more iron-on labels because I didn't have enough. What a mistake! I should have waited to see the result in the first wash! Everything comes off, it doesn't hold at all!!!! I wasted time and money, I'm really disappointed!
