I had a bad experience because the order did not arrive and I did not receive any e-mail informing me of the cancellation.

Labels coming off! No contact : by mail, no answer for 1 week and by Messenger, they ask me for pictures of the labels then of the label of the sweater photo sent to then ask me for a picture of the label which comes off during washing... in short, nothing by mail no answer on Facebook message an answer every 3 days asking me abracadabrique justifications !!! It's disgraceful!

The order arrived 10 days late, and they never responded to any of my queries, except for one sent by email. On the other hand the lunch box and water bottle are not sturdy, Yam came back from school without a lid and without a lock. I doubt I will buy here again. Disappointment.

I had to order another label from a print shop, especially as it was for my son's christening...but once I received the products they were in very good condition and beautiful, next time I'd buy them in advance or even 15 days before. I only received part of my order! After an email to explain, I was told that the rest of my order would be sent to me, but it's been more than 10 days and still nothing!

I bought these plugs to replace my daughter's and my niece's which broke the first time they fell. It only took a day for my daughter's to break...again. This time it's the neck opening that's broken, and it's spinning in a vacuum. She's 2 and a half and apparently managed to break it. As a result, the neck is constantly open and the lid won't close if the neck isn't closed... In my opinion, this bottle is not suitable for children under 5.

Lousy service. As the order has not arrived, I have requested a refund and they do not answer. I do not recommend buying here at all. There are other similar companies with better service.

I received the labels but after 2 washes, they almost all came off, knowing that I had ordered a few hundred and despite having followed the instructions. I am therefore very disappointed, especially since I had spent time on it as you can imagine ...

Beautiful labels and very well made!!! Only on clothes they don't last!!! My son came back from school and already from the undershirt was gone!!! Plus on the first wash only a few remained but several found it in the basket detached!!! Sorry but I was not satisfied!!!

I have ordered many times but have never been so disappointed. Goods were ordered in November and then delivered incompletely at the beginning of December. I have now been in contact with customer service for several weeks. What can I say, every time I get a different excuse..... First the shipment was lost, then the printing press broke, then it was supposed to have been produced again.... The suffering and the associated anger grows and grows. Neither money nor missing goods received and then after more than 2 months. I am so disappointed. In future I'd rather order from the competition.
