I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I bought the school pack and the self-adhesive object labels, and they don't stick ????????

The stickers are beautiful. But the delivery times are very long, even if you take into account that production takes place in France. My order also got lost in the first shipment. After many back and forth messages with the friendly customer service, I finally received the stickers after another shipment about three and a half weeks after ordering. The messages emphasized that delivery can take up to 8 working days and that you should only make an entry after 10 working days without receipt. No reference is made to this in the order. It simply states that the ordered products will be manufactured and handed over to the post office within 48 hours. I would therefore order elsewhere next time.

I never received the labels and even when I log into my account it tells me that the e-mail address I provided is not recognized.

I've always ordered from this lovely company and have never been disappointed. Lovely range of designs, colours and fonts which make the kids happy …and quick delivery, simple to use and great value for money which makes me happy!

Great feedback. Designs exactly what I ordered. If I have to put only one downside, it is that the exclusive stickers for the shoes do not adhere very well. But still, I am very happy. This is the second year I have worked with you and I will continue to do so.

I've been using these labels for my daughter's supplies for a few years now, and they're beautiful and of very good quality (many of them are still stuck on after several years).

I bought a personalized lunch box. It was really well received. Looks great. And fast shipping too. A bit pricey. Hope the quality is right.

I had to put sticky paper around all my son's pencils. The sides wouldn't stick. Too bad, because the labels are really nice.

My son is going back to school for the very first time and the school is asking me to put everything in his name (tee shirt, shoes, water bottle, etc.) I came across an Instagram ad from C-mon étiquette and thought it was great! I placed my order and in 48 hours it was taken care of and delivered to Guadeloupe in 6 days! I'm extremely satisfied with the labels, which are of impeccable quality. Don't hesitate, it's practical and makes life easier for us moms!

Label order placed a month ago never arrived! I have contacted customer service by email several times who keep asking (via automated responses) if the shipping address is correct, obviously checked several times and it is correct. They ship by untraceable priority mail without taking responsibility for what may happen...at this point I think they misplaced the package. Call center deactivated because saturated with requests. I had to buy more labels on another site and am really hoping for a refund!

Label very good pity too small

2 years in a row now I've ordered from Petit-Fernard their clothes tag stickers are just incredible. There's stickers on items that the children have had for 2 years even after constant washing and tumble drying and they've not faded or come off. I have just ordered a new set now for all the children's items for school. They go amazingly on tags of jumpers, coats, jackets, bags, lunch bags, sports bottles (all materials) everything. I'm so glad I've found this company and now I'm not having to replace so many items of clothing that my children keep leaving or swapping at school ??

It was my first time and I'm delighted with her help at the nursery for my 3 babies. I'll do it again next year for school.
