A little disappointed after only one wash at 30 degrees the labels go...

Still waiting for my product that was orded on the 6th of January, I emailed customer service and I'm told to give it till the 21st?? This is ridiculous

I ordered three bottles and only received one. No explanation from the site. Of course I contacted customer service by all means but no response. It's already been over two weeks and I've been charged the full amount of course!

Fatal...I'm still waiting to receive the order for more than a month...I contacted them but nothing ....

The order was supposed to arrive in a few days but after weeks I am still here waiting for it ??

I never received my order, even though I paid 2 euros extra to have the tracking...I had to order my labels in a hurry on another site for my daughter's entry into the nursery. I had written this comment that I rectify because I received my order a few days ago with a month of delay it was a problem with the post office voila the labels are perfect.

Unfortunately, on the personalized water bottle I ordered for my son, the name is not spelled correctly. After my initial contact I was told that the name was printed based on what I had entered when I placed the order. Confident that I had entered the name correctly I check the email of the order, download the photo and, as proof of my assertion, attach it to the new email I send, certain of a response in which, unable to deny the evidence, I would be offered a solution since, I repeat, it was clear that the error was not mine but that of petit fernand who had mistakenly printed the name. Again I am answered that orders are not changed by them, ignoring the evidence of my correct order demonstrated by the photo. Conversely, I have not received any evidence to show that the error was my fault. Too bad, the products are good, I had in the past ordered several labels for my children and always had a good time. I expected from a serious company that they would at least acknowledge the error as I demonstrated

Unfortunately the labels still have not arrived to me after 15 days ( and shipping from France with priority there is no traceability ) it is useless to advertise print in 48 hours if then no goods arrive. Too bad xchè the product looked nice and nice customizations

I have been waiting for a month for my order and it has not arrived yet, I needed it to customize a job, disappointing.

I have not received the labels and it is January 12.... Either send them urgently or please refund the amount paid. Thank you very much

Hello, I'm very disappointed because they didn't take into account a well-described order change, yet either they don't read their emails to the end or they read them after production. I am very disappointed by this company. Sincerely

I still haven't received my order since mid-December, it was for my daughter's incorporation to the kindergarten and I've seen nothing.

I'll never buy again! None of the tags stuck, even though I took the time to do it right. I didn't even have to put them in the washing machine - just wearing the garment took them off. I had to glue them back on one by one with textile glue!

Disappointed because an item was not sent. I had no communication, so I called customer service. I was told that you had a problem with the fabric printing and that the item would be sent the same day. That was on 22/12. Today is 2/01...and I still haven't received anything. Has the item been sent?

Lousy service. I placed my order on December 11th and on January 1st I still have not received it. THE INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IS PESIMAL and the treatment is very cold. The solution they have given me is to send it to me again and wait at least 10 days again. It was a Christmas gift and it did not arrive even for Epiphany... I will not buy it again.

I haven't received my full order and I've had no news. However, the payment was collected.

Hello, I'm rewriting a review because I see that in addition when we send a message to customer service, they do not read it in full!!!! Or they read what they want! Indeed I had a modification to make but they did not read it, on the other hand I asked the question if they made the labels to be sewn I had the answer but I had already had it on Internet, I specified it to them also in my e-mail!!!! It's a shame they didn't take into account my change of order because they didn't read my entire message, absolutely a shame !!!!

Hello, the problem is that their customer service doesn't communicate with the production department! In fact, when an order is modified, they don't take it into account !!!! Lack of professionalism and customer care, they should question themselves but I think this is not the spirit of the company, they must make numbers anyway!!!! I won't praise them...

I've never seen such poor service. Order placed in August 2020 and here we are in December, never received anything, automatic reply asking for my address... And still nothing. Promise a refund, still nothing either, it's shameful, it's theft, it's scandalous.

If I could, I would put 0 stars. My order was placed on December 6 and I still haven't received anything ...
