Peels off at first wash, does not hold.
They have not arrived yet. I have been waiting 3 weeks for them. They have not arrived on time
I still haven't received my order since mid-December, it was for my daughter's incorporation to the kindergarten and I've seen nothing.
I'll never buy again! None of the tags stuck, even though I took the time to do it right. I didn't even have to put them in the washing machine - just wearing the garment took them off. I had to glue them back on one by one with textile glue!

Disappointed because an item was not sent. I had no communication, so I called customer service. I was told that you had a problem with the fabric printing and that the item would be sent the same day. That was on 22/12. Today is 2/01...and I still haven't received anything. Has the item been sent?
Lousy service. I placed my order on December 11th and on January 1st I still have not received it. THE INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IS PESIMAL and the treatment is very cold. The solution they have given me is to send it to me again and wait at least 10 days again. It was a Christmas gift and it did not arrive even for Epiphany... I will not buy it again.

Hello, I'm rewriting a review because I see that in addition when we send a message to customer service, they do not read it in full!!!! Or they read what they want! Indeed I had a modification to make but they did not read it, on the other hand I asked the question if they made the labels to be sewn I had the answer but I had already had it on Internet, I specified it to them also in my e-mail!!!! It's a shame they didn't take into account my change of order because they didn't read my entire message, absolutely a shame !!!!

Hello, the problem is that their customer service doesn't communicate with the production department! In fact, when an order is modified, they don't take it into account !!!! Lack of professionalism and customer care, they should question themselves but I think this is not the spirit of the company, they must make numbers anyway!!!! I won't praise them...
I've never seen such poor service. Order placed in August 2020 and here we are in December, never received anything, automatic reply asking for my address... And still nothing. Promise a refund, still nothing either, it's shameful, it's theft, it's scandalous.

First time I ordered the products they were great. However last order were very poor quality - the stick on clothing labels came off after 1 or 2 washes and the iron on labels didn't attach to the fabric, despite following the instructions exactly. Didn't have any issues with the first order. Such a shame as nice designs. But won't be ordering any items again

If you follow all the instructions for applying iron-on labels ... They come off completely in the first wash. Fortunately, I didn't use many ... I wanted to test them before making my daughter's entire wardrobe... That's money down the drain for me!

The parcel although the concierge was open ( probably the time marked on the stock sheet is not even correct) went into storage and I will have to go to retrieve it, now in January. strange thing that doesn't make sense to me since I paid for a shipment and it seems strange to me that no other delivery attempts are made as it is always expected. So it would be very nice to open your package since I have been a customer of yours for years and love your products. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Goods were ordered on 5.12.2020 and have still not arrived here today, 21.12.2020. Despite several notifications that I would like my money back, no chargeback has yet been made.

This year, the order was placed on September 2 (with a promise of 48-hour delivery as a reminder, hence my choice) and collected on September 20. Not 1 word not 1 gesture. Otherwise top products as usual but the considerable delay spoiled everything.
