Made order on August 24 , we are at September 10 and I still have not received anything. on Monday my daughter starts elementary school and I do not have the much desired labels. The product arrived with no heat proof paper even though it stated it would be provided. The stickers never kept their shape and became distorted despite every effort to follow the instructions to the letter. The name immediately faded once ironed on almost unreadable straight from application. The sticker remained tacky despite being allowed 48hrs to settle. The product did not securely stick unless it was IRONED on despite advertisement stating no more ironing.
