Overall happy...with the stickers, the colors, the order, and everything.....but what I didn't like, as an improvement.....is that I ordered stickers with two different names (to give one to each child) and I got both in the same booklet....

I've been using thermo labels for years for my children! But I'm very disappointed with the shoe labels. They don't hold anything at all, my son put on his slippers in just 5 minutes at the nursery school, and half the label has already peeled off?

Aesthetically beautiful, as is the idea. The performance however in my personal experience is not up to par. None made it through the first wash (at 30 degrees)... too bad

Having chosen a pale green and white writing this one doesn't stand out at all ...it's better to choose a dark navy blue or black writing . I also had labels for my nieces in black writing and they came out very well.

I bought the heat adhesive labels, but I do not know, I followed the instructions for use, but it still comes off with washing.... On the other hand the design is super cool.

Disappointed by the quality. I scrupulously followed the instructions and yet in the first wash at low temperature they came off.

I'm disappointed that the cards are so small and the quality of the material for the birthday invitation cards.

I wish it was also possible to customize size and types of labels to order not always the packages on offer have the ideal combination, Thank you.

Does not adhere to fleece

I tested a 24-hour detergent after sticking a label on one of my son's shirts. Unfortunately, it came off... He's going skiing next week, so I hope they'll hold. It's a pity because it's very practical and pretty too.

Satisfied with my labels, but too bad I had to call after 8 days because I still hadn't received anything, they had forgotten my order ....

With stickers in this price category, I didn't expect them to come off after just one week. I am disappointed.

Great self-adhesive labels. Easy to use, good size and hold well. But the iron-on labels are too big and not easy to apply.

Disengage during washing

Very good products, long-lasting and wash-resistant. My only regret is that there are no coupons for our little ones' birthday parties.

During my purchase, the labels changed from one line to another and as a result the previews didn't match...I reported this to the company by email but when the labels arrived they were wrong! What a shame!

Love these labels but if you order different names they still arrive in one book. Be good if separate books contain each name in future.

Labels that are much too big! Very good, but to put on our son's clothes at nursery it's much too big!

The stickers are nice but I got 40 stickers with a different name. I also tried to contact them but no response. Still no answer today. It's a real shame.

It is the third time I buy them, the first time they stuck great, so I repeated, the second batch they come off and I thought I was doing it wrong, but with the third purchase the same, they come off. They are very cute and such, but I'm not happy and in the last ones the colors differ greatly from the image.

The order arrived very late.

I was looking for a 4-line iron-on label design. I found a compromise by making 2 times 2 lines. A little disappointed with the results

Delay too long, I ordered the next day from a friend who had recommended the site to me. She received her order on Saturday for an order placed on Tuesday and I on the following Wednesday.

I ordered a booklet which I received with the names completely upside down. When I contacted customer service, I had to make a fuss to get it right because nobody wanted to believe that I'd placed the order correctly and that it was the site that had a bug... fortunately, after an interminable exchange of emails, each more unpleasant than the last, a new, correct notebook was sent back to me. It's a real shame because the product is top-notch.

The labels are correct, but the shipment announced on Friday did not arrive until the following Monday.

2 weeks of delivery and I've only received part of my order! I've already contacted customer service, who assure me that they'll send me back the 2 missing caps...

The labels for the clothes come off the first time they are washed, whereas they were holding up well at the start... Very disappointed for the clothes.

Our jackets are washed often, and the labels peel off too quickly.

This is the second order I have placed for labels for my son. This time I find that they nn stick well to the items. They almost stay off. I am sorry because I will not stop buying labels from them. They are too beautiful. Some extra care in the glue I think though, should go. Thanks

Very nice bottles Fast delivery But the cap is very fragile, my children had broken theirs after 10 days of use... a fall and it's over... So at this price, I'm a bit disappointed.

Ordered over three weeks ago and still nothing at home. No follow-up on the site and I'm still waiting for a reply from customer service. Apart from this bad experience, the labels are nice and strong. I got them from my kids two years ago and they're still perfect.

The bottle is very aesthetically pleasing but really too heavy.

Most of the stickers are very difficult to remove and the price is quite high ...
