The customer service is quite reactive but doesn't answer me anymore, I ordered a batch of 60 labels N°1001626863 that I never received, the customer service agent sent me back a new order, except that I didn't receive the right order, I received a duplicate of the order N°1001448401 I absolutely needed my 60 iron-on labels for the new school year.

I really liked the presentation in book form, neat and beautiful. The shipping was within ten days, which was great for me. The only thing is that if they could create some labels the size of two lines with the name to occupy the two lines, because if it is for small children of 3 and 4 years, they can see the letters better, larger for when they have to start reading (both in clothing and accessories such as tupper). I put little stars on mine and so with the color and the drawings he knows that this is his. For me it was great, we will repeat.

The labels we received are what we expected, beautiful, practical and easy to use. The kids love them. The only downside was that they took longer than expected to arrive, but that is due to Correos and not the company. Totally recommendable.

The product is great and actually durable. The only negative note is the shipping time. A tad bit long. Otherwise, I find no flaws or problems to report.

I've been using the labels for 2 years now and I'm delighted! They hold very well and they're pretty too. I recommend ?

I recently received them, but they are holding up to the first few washes. I wash with cold water though so maybe they are not the best test! Now that I've bought new clothes for fall, I'm careful not to cut off the whole label to leave room for the sticker. Maybe just a tad pricey because there are so many things to mark for the nest and even 30 stickers get used in a flash.

Shipping time not quick but the labels are beautiful, well worth the wait.
