First time I ordered the products they were great. However last order were very poor quality - the stick on clothing labels came off after 1 or 2 washes and the iron on labels didn't attach to the fabric, despite following the instructions exactly. Didn't have any issues with the first order. Such a shame as nice designs. But won't be ordering any items again

If you follow all the instructions for applying iron-on labels ... They come off completely in the first wash. Fortunately, I didn't use many ... I wanted to test them before making my daughter's entire wardrobe... That's money down the drain for me!

I have not received a delivery and it has now been 23 days.

The parcel although the concierge was open ( probably the time marked on the stock sheet is not even correct) went into storage and I will have to go to retrieve it, now in January. strange thing that doesn't make sense to me since I paid for a shipment and it seems strange to me that no other delivery attempts are made as it is always expected. So it would be very nice to open your package since I have been a customer of yours for years and love your products. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

To date, after 2 weeks I have still not received the products I ordered as Christmas gifts. I was forced to buy 4 more gifts from a different supplier close to the holidays. Very bad service. I hope that at least the customer service of perit Fernand gives worthy of the name.

I have placed several orders in the past and have been very happy with them. However, I'm very disappointed with this order: the labels don't stick! Even if you leave the iron on longer ... What a shame!

Goods were ordered on 5.12.2020 and have still not arrived here today, 21.12.2020. Despite several notifications that I would like my money back, no chargeback has yet been made.

This year, the order was placed on September 2 (with a promise of 48-hour delivery as a reminder, hence my choice) and collected on September 20. Not 1 word not 1 gesture. Otherwise top products as usual but the considerable delay spoiled everything.

After washing, the labels are gone

As soon as they were put in the washing machine they all came off.

Fatal of course I will never buy again, it seemed reliable and had good reviews, but of course I have come and the first wash removes the stickers and become shattered really do not buy it again, tremendous bunch of scammers.

Labels do not stay on after washing

Since November 18, the date of my order, I have not received my package, no news, and I no longer have access to my account!!!! An order of over 100 euros!

Very disappointing, it comes off in the washing machine, you can find it all over the drum, and I even damaged one of my son's jackets because two of them were stuck to the imitation and so it tore, frankly I don't recommend it.

Very pretty but doesn't hold after 1st wash, peels off. Can't be used despite 2nd ironing.

I placed two orders, one on Nov. 17, the other on Nov. 20--to date, Dec. 3, I still haven't received anything.

Regrettable delivery time and management by customer service. I will not buy again. You can disregard my opinion as you have done to me throughout the order. I expect nothing from you. When I posted this review, on December 3rd they said they would send me the labels again. Today, on the 20th, I still have not received them.

The labels are very nice and in fact this is the second time I have ordered them. Too bad it's been 15 days and the labels not even a shadow....

This time unfortunately I have to give negative feedback, I ordered labels for me to put on my work uniform but it is already the third time I have to reattach them.With my son's it did not happen, in fact on the kindergarten pinafores they have been there for two years! I don't know how this happens. I follow all the instructions.

I never got the labels! I placed an order 2 months ago that I am still waiting for and there is no sign of them.

The bottle I bought has a stopper that doesn't close anymore after barely a month. I understand better that colored stoppers are sold in addition...so that if the initial one malfunctions...you think you have a solution but frankly after a month of use it's a bit tight.

I haven't received anything yet and time has passed do I want my money back ??
