Very good products, long-lasting and wash-resistant. My only regret is that there are no coupons for our little ones' birthday parties.

During my purchase, the labels changed from one line to another and as a result the previews didn't match...I reported this to the company by email but when the labels arrived they were wrong! What a shame!

Love these labels but if you order different names they still arrive in one book. Be good if separate books contain each name in future.

Labels that are much too big! Very good, but to put on our son's clothes at nursery it's much too big!

The stickers are nice but I got 40 stickers with a different name. I also tried to contact them but no response. Still no answer today. It's a real shame.

It is the third time I buy them, the first time they stuck great, so I repeated, the second batch they come off and I thought I was doing it wrong, but with the third purchase the same, they come off. They are very cute and such, but I'm not happy and in the last ones the colors differ greatly from the image.

Delay too long, I ordered the next day from a friend who had recommended the site to me. She received her order on Saturday for an order placed on Tuesday and I on the following Wednesday.

I ordered a booklet which I received with the names completely upside down. When I contacted customer service, I had to make a fuss to get it right because nobody wanted to believe that I'd placed the order correctly and that it was the site that had a bug... fortunately, after an interminable exchange of emails, each more unpleasant than the last, a new, correct notebook was sent back to me. It's a real shame because the product is top-notch.

The labels are correct, but the shipment announced on Friday did not arrive until the following Monday.

2 weeks of delivery and I've only received part of my order! I've already contacted customer service, who assure me that they'll send me back the 2 missing caps...

The labels for the clothes come off the first time they are washed, whereas they were holding up well at the start... Very disappointed for the clothes.

Our jackets are washed often, and the labels peel off too quickly.

This is the second order I have placed for labels for my son. This time I find that they nn stick well to the items. They almost stay off. I am sorry because I will not stop buying labels from them. They are too beautiful. Some extra care in the glue I think though, should go. Thanks

Very nice bottles Fast delivery But the cap is very fragile, my children had broken theirs after 10 days of use... a fall and it's over... So at this price, I'm a bit disappointed.

Ordered over three weeks ago and still nothing at home. No follow-up on the site and I'm still waiting for a reply from customer service. Apart from this bad experience, the labels are nice and strong. I got them from my kids two years ago and they're still perfect.

The bottle is very aesthetically pleasing but really too heavy.

Most of the stickers are very difficult to remove and the price is quite high ...

The labels come off after the first machine wash, even though they were washed at 30 degrees. Too bad...

Purchased a custom thermal water bottle, after 20 days still not arrived. Customer service has been kind and helpful, but delivery service remains extremely lackluster.

The first time I placed an order everything was perfect and the labels are great, resistant, beautiful and practical. But this second time I have had problems with the transport service, since the first labels were lost and they had to redo my order (I guess in a few days it will arrive).

I received the plugs and after the 1st use one is already broken at the hook and the second has just broken in the wash after 4 uses.

I haven't actually received anything yet! Greetings

The toast box is perfect, but the stickers aren't sticky enough.

I am moderately satisfied. I chose c monetiquette after reading different reviews on the net. So I took the crèche pack. I have no complaints about the self-adhesive labels, but the termo-adhesive labels don't stick at all. And yet I did follow the instructions, I put my iron in linen position and either they don't stick to the garment or they come off on the 1st wash! So I'm going to buy another batch of stickers. But I'm a bit disappointed and it's a waste of time (which right now, with an infant, is really precious)!

Hello, I ordered two lunch boxes which are very functional and look good. But what bothers me about the price is that the picture is only glued on and not even good. It was also nowhere to be read that the picture is not printed. The delivery time was also quite long. It was supposed to be a gift, which simply did not arrive on time (and that with the shipping costs).

The thrrmocollant labels come off after one or two washes I'll have to buy some elsewhere

Not what I expected, I don't think the product will withstand several washes.

I put that they were 2 different gifts and that's why they had to come separately, but it's ok thank you very much.

The label is pretty and conforms to the order. On the other hand, it doesn't always stick well, I think it depends on the material... I haven't tested it in the wash yet, so I hope my daughter will come back with all her clothes when she gets back from skiing.
