I have been using them for several years and they have been getting better and better. I have twins and I even use them at home so they can differentiate their things since they want them to be the same. This is my second order on this site. I was already pleasantly surprised by the first products I received (kit school labels). For my second order, no surprise. Always a quality product. If I had to give a note for improvement, the thinner object labels should be more numerous than the "large" labels. I didn't have enough to make the markers and pencils. A bit of a shame. Fortunately, the first kit I ordered in the past helped me out. Delivery is fast.

Very bad I never got the item and I didn't even get a refund

So far very satisfied with the site, I had a bad experience recently. I received an order from someone else. I did what was necessary to have my order returned. As a gesture of goodwill, I asked if it was possible to apply a promotional code that came out just after I'd placed the order. I was refused. It's a pity because I used to order every year, but unfortunately I'm going to change next year.

A bad experience. I bought an order a month ago and it never arrived. When I asked for my money back, I had no problem, but to my surprise I still haven't received it. I have already been claiming for a refund in several mails where they always answer giving me long delays, that if I had already made the return, that if I will arrive within 5 working days ... I have complained again and now they say that they will do it as soon as possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from them, if you do not receive the product you will be left without the purchase and without the money.

Packages received, delays a little longer but the items are of good quality.
