My shipment is still not there

I've tried contacting customer service about the fact the labels have come off after one wear on one garment and one wash on two garments. Could someone come back to me please? Many thanks Amy

We bought the stick on labels. We left for longer than a week before we washed the items after applying. They has all started to peel after 1 wash. Really disappointed!

The order never arrived

I placed my order on September 17, today on November 26 I still have not received it. I have called several times (I get the answering machine with customer service hours from 09:30 to 18:00hrs), of all the times I have called I have managed to get one and the explanation is as follows. That my order has been manufactured twice and delivered twice, where? to whom? they do not know they do not have that information, but my child is still waiting for her birthday present after two months.

They did not answer the phone or email in time to resolve an issue with the management.

The Christmas window pictures are unfortunately tiny! I had really hoped for more for the money. Price-performance ratio is not fair. I am very disappointed.

My order has disappeared, they send me a first email to tell me to resend an email if still nothing, then after 3 emails they check my address .... 20 days (for the moment) of waiting for an order placed in a neighboring city, an order in China would have already arrived! I had already ordered without any problem and well this will be the last ... When there's a problem, customer service isn't very responsive.

Package still not received over a month later and no news...

I placed my order in August, confident they would arrive on time given their aggressive advertising of “made in 48 hrs”. Of course I did not expect to receive them in two days, I thought 10 days might be it. I WAS SO WRONG!!!! Long story short, I never received them. After posting in their social media several times, they contacted me and said they would expedite the order. That was closely to a month after I ordered them. They didn't arrive, I complained again and they promised to send a new set. I accepted and this one didn't arrive either. Being November, I got tired of waiting for my order placed in August and told them to refund me, and they did. That's the only positive thing I can say. I won't buy from them again.

My stickers peel off very badly. Even the last ones that I ordered were

The water bottle is very durable but the caps are a disaster!!!! We changed 3 of them in 2 months, every time the water bottle falls the cap breaks! They are in the hands of children , you have to make them more durable

Very disappointed with the heat sealers. I did as described in the manual and after 1 wash they all fell out...

Clothing labels are not at all resistant to washing. After the first wash, there are no labels left on the garment.

After more than 3 weeks no goods! Allegedly sent again I'm curious if it will arrive this time

Labels don't stay on after washing

Very bad, without washing the clothes they have come off, they took longer than expected to arrive, I would never order them again.

Too bad... the first time I bought it, it went great. But the second and third, the labels did not hold anything. The first time I washed them in cold water they fell off. I wrote to see how we could do on 2 occasions and they didn't even answer me..... A pity.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and have not received a true one

I was very disappointed with my last order of clothing labels. The font is so thin that the information is almost illegible, it's thin and small... unusable... I'm waiting for the complaints department to get back to me.

My order had never arrived and when I solicited the status it seems they blamed the Italian postal service. They informed me that they would send it back and when I asked about the wait time their response was 2 days manufacturing + 10 days for shipping!!!! Absurd, from the first order it will mean more than a month to receive some labels I needed for my son's nursery. In the end they just refunded me the amount without any suggestion of some discount to show their displeasure for the occurrence. I am really angry to have waited 20 days for an order with so much enthusiasm only to end up never receiving it.

Very disappointed it's been 15 days since I ordered and I still haven't received anything but on the other hand the money to cash it in hasn't been a problem. I will not order from you again

Have only received half the order - not received the labels.

The labels came off in the first machine wash. Embarrassing...

I sent you an email, including a photo, explaining that part of the order was not what I had ordered. I am still waiting for a response from you to see how it can be solved.

I can not comment on the goods, because I have not yet received the order. Of course, the service is horrible. I hope that before the end of the school year, my daughters will have their labels. Thank you very much.

Labels come off after machine washings

I am very very very disappointed with my labels. They don't wash off. I don't recommend them. I had to invest in another brand thermo collant. I don't recommend it at all.

I have not yet received my order due to an address error. I reported it to customer service who confirmed that they will return my labels as soon as possible. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting.
