The product arrived promptly but in a very battered envelope. The illustration detail is lost on the stickers as the images are too small. My little granddaughters will need a magnifying glass to see the images. Disappointed. I think if I was being constructive I would suggest giving more of the blank space over and enlarge the images.

I bought a batch of sticky labels and was very pleased with them. I bought a second set, but some of them came off in the first wash. I find the labels very nice and easy to use, and they won't come off when I wash them.

Your products are always original and beautiful indeed. But I want to point out something really unfortunate,I understand that the delivery is in the mailbox but you have to put a package or wrapping because raining I had all the stickers ruined and it is not nice at all. Not knowing when they arrive precisely if it rains it is a disaster.

Have used these labels for the past two years and thought they were great, however, having received my order this time the pack of stickers are coated in a see through sticky film that makes them unusable as it's as though the stickiness is on the front of the labels where the design is rather than the back! For a nearly £20 order this is not good enough.

The gourd is really very pretty and practical, and I have nothing to say about it. However, after only a short time in use, my 4-year-old daughter dropped her school bag from above while she was inside it, and the plastic lid that protects the drinking spout broke into several pieces. I think it hit her right on the head, but it's still fragile because children are bound to drop things at some point! As a result, I have to recommend a cap and the gourd is going to cost me... 28 euros with shipping plus 8 euros for a new cap, too bad! And I hope there won't be another incident.
