I had to use this label quickly so I called your customer service and they were unable to find another solution for me, telling me, well, we sent the package, but it was a mistake on your part. You should have sent the package by express parcel delivery and not by normal parcel delivery.

Fast delivery of personalized iron-on labels for ski departure. Good product, holds up well after a few washes. Would recommend.

A little disappointed that there are no longer any transparent labels to stick on the tags that go into the shoes to protect them.
