I am very disappointed with the snack box which arrived with a printing defect (illegible first name) and I am even more disappointed to discover that the personalization is done by a simple sticker whose lifespan will not be very high...

Arrived more than 1 week late when it said 2-3 days.

Unfortunately, although the labels they sell are nice and well made, the company and the structure in charge of shipping and customer contact leaves a lot to be desired. This is not the first time I buy from Petit Fernand. already last year the first order did not reach its destination. I had to write to get a new shipment. This year the same story. It just so happens that the first order turns out to be lost with the courier and like last year, it will never even arrive late to its destination. Very bad customer service that despite my reports did not take charge of the delay and inconvenience (school labels bought in August and arrived when school started already three weeks ago!). Given the very bad experience for two consecutive years I will not buy from this company again. If you are unable to handle a shipment to Italy do not advertise your products in Italy!

Shipping too slow

Far too long production time and away from France. It took two weeks for a few name stickers.

I have been very unhappy for more than a month for my order to arrive, I needed it for the beginning of the school year but it has not arrived yet.

I don't recommend this site, the labels come off after machine washing, I'm very disappointed with my order.

I did not receive my order and I have reported it to customer services without return .... very disappointed, I will no longer order on this site.

Very disappointed, the labels don't wash off. I always find 1 or 2 peeled off after each machine.

I received the wrong product. Customer service told me that they would send me the correct one but it has been more than 20 days and I still don't have what I bought, I will not buy from this brand again.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I ordered the labels in late August, with delivery by September 10. The labels never arrived again.

Sent someone else's order.

It took 16 days to receive the stickers. In these 2 weeks I tried to contact the company by email to hear back but did not receive a reply. Bought from amazon arrived in 4 days.

I ordered two products neither of which ever arrived. I would say very bad.

I chose one of the delivery points offered by the web, after more than 2 weeks I received an email indicating that the order could not be delivered. When I went to ask at the collection point they told me that they did not know why they were on the website as a collection point because they were not and that they did not have my order there. After enquiring at two post offices I managed to locate the order in which they had also put the wrong details as my name had been put as the street name. Although the order itself was what I expected the shipping process was very disappointing so I don't think I will repeat.

Shipment did not arrive on time 2 times. Too bad, requested and received refund.

I still haven't received my order, despite being sent this link to review it!

No order received

I'm very disappointed, half the iron-on labels come off after 1 or 2 washes. However, they are applied according to the recommendations for use and on simple fabrics (cotton pants, briefs, T-shirts...). I don't recommend them.

Labels delivered in two months, obviously after the need...

Disappointed to have received labels that did not stick to the garment, even after waiting for the u rest after sticking. Disappointed because I had already ordered last year and that's why I went back. But very disappointed with my order. Disappointed because they are badly cut

Hello I did not receive the order...

Very bad experience! Hands off! I waited weeks for the name stickers and they never came. Firstly, when I ordered them it said they would be delivered in 4 days. But they never came. Then I contacted customer service and was informed that the order was in transit. But the product never arrived!

I emailed customer service,never received a response....I received 10 labels in another person's name so I paid for 10 labels that I will never be able to use

Still nothing to me and hop ordered and paid on September 4 !

Fast service

Ignorance of the right of withdrawal. Customer service very slow and not looking for any solution. Fortunately I paid by paypal.

I bought an aesthetically pleasing gourd, but it leaks.

Put sticky label on for over a week on clothes and washed item and came off. Too expensive for what they are. Won't recommend to anyone

Null! labels wash off the first time they're used

I ordered the stickers with regular delivery and they never arrived. I got my money back, and placed another order, this time with more expensive delivery, to a pickup point (4.90). The envelope was addressed to my name, with the street, no house number, no indication of the store that served as the pickup point. The courier called me and would not deliver the package because he was looking for me, there was no indication of the pickup point on the envelope, I finally convinced him. Very bad bad experience, and luckily they make labels....

Don't stop on find them stuck to my clothes instead of sons school clothes ! Waste of money ?

I never received the labels.

I would love to be able to review the labels I ordered on August 27, unfortunately as of today (September 24) I have not received them.
