My child's first name on the gourd comes off after 3 weeks of use. Yet it hasn't been machine-washed, only washed under water without a sponge!!!! I don't recommend

I'm ordering textile stickers for the second time. Too bad the checkered background is no longer available. Delivery was quick. Unfortunately, some of the stickers came off after the second wash, even though they were applied according to the instructions.

I ordered two pouches, one blue which is gorgeous with pretty patterns and writing. And a second one in beige. The color is dull and the writing is hardly noticeable.

I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the 2 items I ordered, isothermal bag !!!! and toiletry bag The bags are very light, I don't think they're high quality and the price was high. The plus is the writing of the child's first name and the decoration, but otherwise I'm disappointed.

I ordered at the beginning of the year, and the labels never arrived. However, I received a pleasant customer service which offered me a re-delivery or a refund of the order. I opted for a re-delivery, and the labels just arrived today, although delivery was estimated between the 20th and the 25th. In short, a month to receive a few labels, a very slow and dubious service (depends no doubt on the services of the post office - free letter with no tracking).

Hello, I think the design is really nice, but I'm a bit disappointed because when I washed my daughter's clothes, a lot of the labels didn't stick. I waited more than 48 hours and they didn't stick directly on the fabric.

The labels never arrived at my home. On the plus side: very responsive after-sales service! However, to return the labels by express delivery, I had to pay the 9.50 charge. I don't think it's my responsibility to pay the express shipping costs in order to receive the labels in time at my home. I have therefore requested a refund. I will not be ordering from this site again.

Iron-on labels don't stick at all. First wash and nothing.

I did not receive the order.

Order placed at the beginning of January and never received. However, after contacting customer service, they gave me the choice of redoing the order at their expense or getting a refund. I needed them for my son's ski trip with the school and as I didn't receive them, I asked for a refund. So I'm waiting a few days to be sure I've received it.

The products are of good quality, which is why I recommended them again, but there's no point in paying for express delivery as my labels took over two weeks to arrive. I recommend that you order in advance.

I was disappointed that the order that was supposed to be guaranteed by Christmas arrived later, I wrote several times and you told me (only after I picked up the package, because you didn't respond before) that I could return it at my own expense. I don't see why I should have to pay for a mistake that was not mine.

The stamp is for my daughter-in-law, and I haven't been able to give it to her yet, so I don't have any experience at the moment Sorry.

After 11 days I asked when I can expect the order. It was uninsured shipping, so I should please be patient until today. Strangely enough, my order arrived today as registered mail? Strange, then it wasn't sent the day after I ordered it, as I was told! If I hadn't asked, the goods wouldn't have arrived today. Too bad! I'm out for dishonesty. I have ordered 3 times in the past and everything always went smoothly. This is just not honest for me. You could have communicated openly that it wasn't sent.

Unfortunately, my first order did not arrive. After I contacted them, they sent me a second sheet of name labels. Fortunately, this one arrived and the stickers are great. Thank you very much for your helpfulness and quick response.

I selected a gourd on the site because it had a spout rather than a straw. It was this feature that motivated my purchase! I had carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the product corresponded to what I needed (reading the specifications, questioning your site's AI). The product is not faulty, but it does not correspond to the specifications indicated.

Fast delivery. Nice labels. The toiletry bag meets expectations, unlike the 2 laundry bags of questionable quality.

In principle, the two drinking bottles look very high quality. Unfortunately, the lid of one of them has already broken off at the hinge. My little daughter dropped the bottle. However, I would have thought that it would be able to withstand this. A replacement would be nice. Carbonated drinks splash around when you open it. But then they don't get into the bottle.

The labels come off in the first wash and are well ironed and well attached to the garment.

Lovely labels and easy to order. Unfortunately some are not easy to remove from housing and the top plastic film tore off.

This isn't the first time I've ordered labels, but it is the first time I've been disappointed with the colors. I placed two different orders and was disappointed with both. The coral pink presented in the colors is much more orange in real life, and the sage arrived bottle green... In short, I find that the initial colors don't reflect the final result.

I'm happy with the labels, they're very pretty and hold up well. On the other hand, I bought two bottles and I'm very disappointed because they're expensive and there are no stickers left on the bottle and the same goes for the first name, which I washed just a few times and not in the dishwasher... I recommend the labels, but not the bottles.

Good product, but difficult to clean the seal. If fruit juice is used, mushrooms cannot be removed.

The lady on the phone is really nice and can work well. The shipping was a little long. The tags I thought were cloth instead they are "paper" and honestly I was disappointed. I don't like them very much.

I don't like the eternally long waiting time at all. The 2nd order hasn't arrived yet, even though it's only a letter. Our grandma had to be placed in a care home and we can't mark her things.

The order was not delivered by the courier company and was returned. I have claimed it and am still waiting for it to arrive. The product is fantastic but the shipping with the agencies is horrible.

Disappointed... Stickers in the middle not centered once the gourd is closed. I expected a nicer result.

I'm usually very satisfied with the products I order. This time, I'm disappointed by the red color of the labels, which is more orange.

The concept is great! My daughter loved choosing her labels. However, I think the quality has gone downhill over the years. What a shame!

Iron-on and self-adhesive labels are not clear enough. Very long delivery time despite the extra cost. Delivery announced on Monday received on Thursday. Too late.

Very nice apparently , when the iron-on labels arrived I immediately used them. But on the first wash half the label came off. Sorry to hear that.

Always an excellent product. I just find the delivery much too long 13 days. Now, however, I would not hesitate to recommend it if necessary.

The labels, just put in envelopes, are not in good condition when they arrive at my home. For the price I expected better packaging. I hope the quality of the labels will outweigh the packaging.

The choice of labels was limited. Also, the labels don't stick as well as they used to; they peel off easily after washing (even though they are washed at low temperature and not tumble-dried), which is a shame. I don't think I'd recommend the site, to my great disappointment.
