I have been purchasing name labels from here for years. They arrive in a beautiful little booklet to keep them safe. They stay put for a long time. The ones for applying to water bottles are excellent. My children love being able to help design them to their current tastes. This recent order arrived so much faster than previous ones. This is not my first purchase and it won't be the last either. I am very satisfied with the labels.
There was a color error on my order upon receipt, which can happen. However, the after-sales service was absolutely amazing! Responsive, professional team and very attentive. After reporting the problem, the replacement was shipped immediately and received in just 2 days. Honestly, such an efficient after-sales service is rare and very appreciated. I recommend without hesitation for their seriousness and the quality of their customer service!
So easy to use, robust and very rarely come off...when they have, it has been after years of washing and tumble drying! Nearly all are steadfast and well and truly stuck on! Definitely exceeded my expectations!
