Very disappointed... label never received.. and no reply to my message that I had not received them! To flee! Not serious at all

I was not at all satisfied apart from the name and surname on the label not being centered the worst thing is that they come off quickly and easily and several moms in kindergarten had the same problem so I would definitely not buy them back from you.

I am not at all happy with the lunchbox I received! The personalized stick comes off in the 1st wash! A shame for the price. Really disappointed.

Three years ago I turned to you for a set of labels and was very pleased: very good quality materials (the labels to this day are still attached and perfect) and shipping on time without any problems. I then turned to you again this year, but this time unfortunately I had only one major disservice: I ordered a set of labels on September 4, but it never arrived (despite the fact that my credit card was charged immediately!). I then contacted customer service, who was helpful and assured me of a second shipment of the goods on September 24. To date, however, I still have not received anything! The very bad (and very strange) handling of shipments discourages people from relying on you

The products are definitely quality, but the customer service, inability to have tracking and zero info on the website regarding shipping (school products arrived after 15 days, in 2 different shipments) make my rating poor. Very bad experience at a very high cost.

So upset I ordered 2 sets of 20 labels for £12 in September they still hadn't turned up so I emailed them and got a response saying that payment hadn't gone through which I thought was strange as I'm sure it had anyway I checked my account and there was a transaction for £12 but it didn't say the company name so I paid again and the same company name came up so I now know I paid! I've had no response and no product even though I paid £24 I am contacting the bank to report fraud and try and get a refund.

I ordered a set of 50 adhesive labels for clothing from Esistmeines and stuck approx. 22 adhesive labels on items of clothing. When the clothes with the adhesive labels were washed once, 4 labels had come off even though the instructions for attaching them had been followed. Today another 2 labels have come off. The clothes were only washed at 30 degrees, never put in the dryer. I would give 5 stars out of 5 for the design, but only 1 star for the product quality.

Very poor quality of the iron-on labels. All fell off after the first wash. All the instructions were strictly followed, nevertheless, some of the labels didn't attach at all the rest got lost in the washing machine. The company refused to provide a refund, sent me new labels instead, but they were the same crap.

I placed an order on September 14, still today October 11 I have not received anything. Very bad service with no tracking number.... Basically money lost. I will not place any more orders on this site

My experience has been terrible, I have been waiting for my labels since September 23rd and no news of when they will arrive. A real joke.

My personalized pouch is very beautiful but 1 month after my order still not received my labels, I sent 3 mail no answer just an automatic mail. Very disappointed

Very disappointed because order placed on September 17 and not yet received on October 9. No letter or email warning of the delay in delivery. Bottles ordered for a birthday and not received for the occasion....

It is taking me a long time and I need it before Saturday.

Lovely looking labels and easy for a young child to spot their belongings. However, not when the labels fall off. Not even at half term yet and the labels have come off the drink bottle, snack pot, book bag, two jumpers and trousers. Sadly all style and no substance.

The sticker adhesive does not withstand washing at 30°. Most of the stickers have peeled off. Very disappointed with the purchase.

Frankly, this is a lousy product with no appeal. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. The problem is recurrent. The iron-on labels don't stick. It says in the guide that they are machine wash and tumble dry resistant. I received my batch of 100 labels a few weeks ago. I followed the procedure to the letter. Despite this, some labels are already starting to come off. Quite frankly, I've been ripped off. I'm not in the habit of expressing my dissatisfaction on the networks. But if this post can prevent other consumers from falling into this trap, so much the better. I'm furious

I was very attracted by the labels once I received them, I attached them to my child's outfits, and I was hugely disappointed.... the first time I washed them, I lost the label within a day. I was going to recommend them, so I'm really disappointed and will be going to another site. Too bad for them I won't be advertising!

Normally you would have to deduct stars. Absolute rip-off. I ordered one of the personalized lunch boxes almost 5 weeks ago and paid directly. The promise was 48 hours. After 3 weeks still nothing came so I shouted to customer service and they said it would be sent again and again within 48 hours. Whereby she first wrote the labels. So the email wasn't even read properly. Unfortunately, everything was written very dubiously. Now another 1 1/2 weeks have passed and still no order in sight. That's almost 5 weeks now. Can't be right. I find it absolutely outrageous. I now want my money back and will order elsewhere.

Disappointing, all but two tags have remained on my children's clothes. The rest I found in the washing machine drum. I spoke to customer services and they asked for my order number even though it was at the top of the email and more photos, even though I sent one with one tag that was hanging off. Would not recommend, such a shame as I bought them years ago and they were brilliant. Definitely not worth the extra money.

Despite my complaint, I still haven't received my parcel. With no reply, I am still waiting for a refund.

Nice label, instructions easy enough to follow and they even supply the iron on cover-sheet... but after 1-3 washes they come off (approx 90% have now)...complete waste of money and time.

Been waiting over a week for the labels. No status yet as to whether they have been sent or not. When I want to log into my account, it just says that it is not valid, which I know for sure cannot be the case. If I go to forgotten password, I also get one for my email address, but if I enter it, it says that it is invalid. I wanted to contact customer service but that doesn't work. Unfortunately it was my first and last order. Money paid goods not yet received really bad.

They say that my order was shipped on September 12 and to this day it still hasn't arrived, I have contacted them by email twice but they don't give me solutions, I want my order or refund now. In the end I have had to write the name with permanent marker on the garments ??????? Very upset and disappointed

One month delivery....

Very disappointed with the delivery service. I didn't get the labels and lunches for back to school. In the end I didn't receive the lunch box, I got a gourd instead and they sent me back the lunch in a different color because the original one was no longer available:-(

Disappointed gourd badly printed and impossible to close for children. Customer service offering to send us one back after two weeks, no news from them and they don't reply to our emails....

Frankly, I was very disappointed, even though I was very interested in this promising brand. Very late receipt of items, no information, automatic email response, always the same and misleading, no response on social networks to finally discuss with other customers who are in the same expectation or worse! The quality of cotton bags is limited ... in short I did not expect. The seriousness is lost I take the time to say when it goes wrong but also when it goes well.

After 4 weeks I still have no goods and what comes back as an email Thank you for the positive feedback. As a customer you are not even taken seriously. Never again a pity for the money Have ordered elsewhere

1 month delay for a back-to-school order, even though it is stipulated in the GTC that orders are dispatched within 48 hours. On the same day (3 weeks later), we were told that the order had been dispatched, and 1 hour later a second one told us that the order was being manufactured. It took 3 emails and a threatening email taking back the GTCs to see the order dispatched on the same day as this email. That's 3 weeks after the start of the new school year! To be avoided, blatant lack of seriousness

Iron-on labels come off in the first wash, but I've applied the rule for gluing them.

A disappointment I never got anything , they took the money and I got nothing a real disappointment be careful

Come off once washed. Had the iron on ones, they do not stick properly and have had to repeatedly add new ones after every wash

Despite the lovely labels and fast delivery, I'm rather disappointed with the quality of the product. The iron-on labels peel off very easily, even though I followed the instructions to the letter. The object labels come off too, or you have to put a layer of tape over them. I finally bought myself a permanent marker, which is ugly but holds better. It's a shame, because the website is well designed, intuitive and easy to use, and the prices are in line with the competition, so they're fair from the outset.

The products are fine, but the delivery time is much longer than advertised. I was very disappointed to receive my order almost 3 weeks after the start of the school year when I was counting on it.

A disappointment, the first and the last time, I have been waiting for more than 20 days and have not received the order. I do not recommend it. Sticker is much better, there is no color...

Very bad shipping! Order placed Sept 6 and nothing has arrived yet. Made email reminder, they replied to wait until Sept. 21 and if it did not arrive, advise. Wrote another email to which I received no response. Can't judge the quality (not having tried them) but definitely not very useful having started school two weeks ago!

The iron-on labels don't stick at all, so after the first wash they disappear in the drum! In short, you have to reapply them every time you iron. In the end, it's a purchase for nothing, I'll have to go and find some elsewhere! I strongly advise against

I placed the order more than a month ago, I have written two emails and I have had no response... I find it very bad service on their part, I do not recommend them.

2 gourds stolen and still haven't received the replacements. Can't wait to get them, because the one I received is TOP!
