Did not quite meet my expectations

We took a pack (crèche) and we regret it, the labels are good but the quantities are badly proportioned. The sizes are badly explained. In short, we'll need a second order to get the whole thing.

Other Petit-Fernand products we've had are great, and one pack of the Christmas window stickers in this order worked really well. The houses, Santa and reindeer stickers are super and we had lots of fun with our son sticking them to the windows to make a Christmas scene. The other pack we ordered with trees, mountains, snowflakes and present shapes wasn't really cut cleanly so the larger shapes tore in a couple of places when peeling them off, despite being really careful. You can see on the backing that the stamp hasn't gone completely around the sticker shape cleanly. For £15 for 2 A4 pages of stickers I expected these to be top quality. I didn't mention to Petit Fernand after taking delivery as many of the second pack of stickers are OK, but it's a shame we won't be able to move or re-stick the larger ones from the pack that got torn. Overall these stickers are a lovely idea to brighten up windows and to create a Christmas scene with children. My advise is to check the stickers carefully after opening to make sure the shapes are fully cut out, especially before trying to peel them off.

The gourd is pretty but perhaps a little heavy and bulky, difficult to handle. I had ordered another one elsewhere and this one is light, easy and classy.

Still waiting for my order after order it 10 days later

First of all, as far as the 48-hour delivery is concerned, it's not true (I'm in Belgium), then the gourd itself is very pretty and looks solid, but it's already got marks as if I'd rubbed it hard after using it for a few days, even though I wash it with a sponge and soap. So it won't hold up over time, hence my 2 stars. I don't think it's good value for money. The drinking cap is very good.

Unfortunately, the label stickers do not stick to labels... They all came off after washing... Although the clothes were not worn for 3 days and not washed... I am disappointed... The 2nd order of stickers didn't even arrive... The iron-on labels hold up really well... Therefore a clear purchase recommendation...

Unfortunately I never received my first order, but after contacting them I was assured that they would send me the order again. I am curious when it will arrive

This is the 3rd time I've ordered labels - the labels are great and super useful, I keep recommending them! However, this time I also ordered a mug and ended up having to pay 22 Swiss francs to the post office to collect the package. If having a parcel larger than an envelope entails additional customs charges, this should be made very clear before finalizing the order, because if I had known the amount, I would never have ordered the most expensive mug in the history of my mugs? Delivery time not respected Average quality/price ratio

The label is super pretty but the quality isn't top-notch. It doesn't hold up very well on some garments.

Part of the labels, the ones on the upper right, did not have the perfect cut so when peeling them off they frayed.

Some labels come off.

The product is very good and I would also like to order more however I only got half of the stickers sa clothes (I ordered 20 but only 10 arrived - 1 sheet instead of 2) - the sheets are not attached....and even if they were it would be possible to see why they are transparent and you could see the second sheet behind with the missing labels

Nice design but on the small size for our windows, would suit a smaller window better. Also im not sure how easy these will be to reuse as my daughter tried to remove one and they just bend sadly they are not very flexible.

Arrived after more than 20 days

I find the prices absolutely exorbitant, the materials not of particularly high quality and the shipping time disproportionate and unfortunately also incomprehensible. All in all, not recommended.

Unfortunately, the products I ordered did not meet my expectations and were defective. They were lunch boxes which were badly glued (lots of air bubbles and dirt inclusions). The work here was simply not done properly, which is a great shame.

Point -: I waited 2 weeks to receive my labels. point +: The labels are of very good quality and the design is nice.

Labels too long

Very pretty labels, but they come off after several washes - a shame. For shoes, on the other hand, the labels are great!

Not as good as usual. Not all bags are the same

The stickers themselves are very nice, but the mistake was to put them on the mailbox on a rainy day, when the mailbox was in the street. so some of the stickers are unusable, and the ones that come with drawings are even more so.

Expensive in relation to other options

I bought stickers with my son's name on them to put on his clothes. When I washed the clothes practically all of them fell off. A friend had recommended me these stickers because apparently they do not usually come off but in my case it has not been like that.

I chose the iron-on labels. If you follow their instructions, the label melts! So I adapted so that the labels would stick. I set the iron to minimum and just 5 seconds. Then bad surprise at the first wash, the labels come off. Really disappointed.

It is the second time I buy, and the first order perfect, but this time the labels fall off. I have checked if the type of fabric is different but there are fabrics equal to the first q etiquete. And I add that the first labels that I stuck was on summer clothes that I washed more (because of sweat, ...) than this one that is winter.

I took a long time before deciding to make this purchase, because there were a lot of negative reviews...and positive ones too...so I tested it, followed the advice and despite all that I have labels that come off in the wash.

I ordered the iron on labels but unfortunately they don't seem to stick at all well. The labels that stick onto the labels are far better. Such a shame as otherwise I loved the labels design and colours but obviously sticking is their primary purpose.

I like the name stickers (though they are pricey). And I like that you can reorder without having to go through the whole process again. But the Christmas window stickers seem smaller in quantity than I was expecting from the images on the website, and less colourful. And Expensive for What they are.

15 euros for some 2 sheets a4 mini stickers Just seems like an excessive expense to me. I was expecting better. I was disappointed

Hello! The iron-on labels came undone the next day.

Unfortunately, the iron-on labels come off after the 3rd wash. The adhesive labels for the clothes don't hold as well as I expected.

Some of the goods only arrived on request and after several weeks

I ordered 2 gourds and 2 snack boxes. I was surprised by the weight of the gourds, which is difficult for little ones. And I was surprised by the size of the tins. They're huge. Even as an adult, my bento lunch box isn't that big. So it's off to the cupboard, and I'm not sure we'll be able to use them very often. As for the flocking on the boxes, it's already starting to peel off. Given the price, I was expecting quality, and well, I'm disappointed.

Fast delivery... However, the self-adhesive labels for clothes do NOT hold for the most part, I find them in the washing machine! I got the iron-on ones first, and at least they hold!

This time they don't fit as well as the previous ones, being the same model, colors and text... They do their job but it seems that the ink melts when sticking them on the clothes...

The iron-on labels have deteriorated in quality: the black fades with heat and the label is marred by the iron. The previous ones were much better and remained intact and bright. I was very sorry...
