I placed the order almost a month ago and it has not arrived. I have sent two emails that have not been answered and I call and an answering machine tells me to send an email. A disgrace.

I ordered more than three weeks ago and have not received anything. I don't doubt that they made it in 48 hours, but if it takes a month to arrive, it's worthless.
I placed the order more than a month ago. I contact them and they always answer me the same thing, to verify my data. I have verified them several times and nothing. A fiasco. I consider the order lost.
After a collaboration with this brand and having fulfilled our part of the deal. Nobody deigns to answer us or give us compensation for this deal. It is unbelievable the quality of agreements they make and then fail to deliver. We are very disappointed in the work that this has meant for us and they show no respect for the time and work of others. Sad.
Order not received
I ordered 2 times on this site. The labels on my 1st order did not stand up to the test of time (they faded). I nevertheless placed a 2nd order because I liked the personalization of the lunch boxes ... but I despair of ever receiving it. The after-sales service gives me ready-made answers that don't answer my questions.
3 weeks late, no discount on shipping, difficult to reach, products of lower quality than my previous order. What a shame!
Some of the products are missing, with no news from the company in response to my reminder emails. In addition, the 1st shipment was late for some of the products, preventing me from using them for back-to-school.
I placed two orders in early and mid-September, nothing ever arrived..the automated responses do not help and do not give accurate information about the real situation. I have emailed you at the address on the site. I would like to ask for a refund. Thank you

Too bad, beautiful label, but a wash and more labels, your better to write with a pen if it's to have fun sticking labels for a single use. After this comment customer service at the top they take care of their customers ... above my expectations really a lot of choice beautiful labels
Ordered labels a month ago.After several requests for updates and vague answers,I find out that today I was sent a code that does not allow me to track my order and that they will probably arrive in another 2 weeks.Too bad I need the labels before the vague date indicated.Very bad service.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.After payment no security on the goods. I received them quickly and ordered 30. Visually nice, but the quality is mediocre! The labels don't fit on either the brand label or the fabric composition label, even though I did as instructed. I don't recommend it because after just one wash, the label comes off... Useless!
Dissatisfied the labels were never delivered in 48 h but in 1 week! once the return to school passed! and moreover there are 6 euros of expenses of delivery whereas the labels pass in a simple envelope mail! after having announced 2 times that I was still not delivered no commercial gesture was proposed to me! the minimum was to offer these famous expenses of delivery!
After more than 15 days I still haven't received my order. I send an email and receive a reply saying that I have to wait another 1 week.... "manufacturing within 48h" but then the shipment....??? Impossible to reach me by phone I am told the numbers 1 to 1. I have doubts about the receipt of my order and the real existence of this company. On the other hand, I do receive promotional offers.
The bottles are too heavy and difficult to wash. Honestly, don't buy! I received the snack boxes 20 days after my order! Just stick to the labels.

Gourd not at all practical heavy because in steel then the stopper 2 times that I change it and it is not give 8th not solid at all disappointed I will not repurchase any more product except labels
Order placed Sept. 3 of 28 that they say is not traceable....absurd. I have written to customer service several times and each time they reply with a preset message. The first time they told me I would have to wait until.17/09 at my second email today they reply that I have to wait until 20/09..what a clown. I asked for a refund ....but of course I don't expect that either....bravi to advertise themselves but the after sales service is crap! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING .....YOU WILL NEVER GET IT! In response to your customer service I must say that you are also liars....you never asked for the return of the goods...too bad I cannot attach your mediocre answers. I have already asked you countless times for a real answer...either send me the goods in an acceptable time,or since you are unable to do so return the money.
Very disappointed... I was delighted when I saw the reviews before ordering but the iron-on labels came off in the first wash, customer service reacted very quickly and kindly sent me free labels which unfortunately didn't wash well either...
I placed the order 20 days ago and I still haven't received it and without any confirmation email and without being able to track the shipment. Customer service does not answer. Obviously I no longer need the order, I demand a refund. Not recommended.
Upon receipt of the package. Very satisfied with my 2 personalized cotton bags. As described. But after the first wash (short program at 30 degrees), the motifs, the design and my son's first and last names were almost completely erased. As a result, they're basic cotton bags and no longer personalized.

So disappointed with the iron labels. I bought a set of various sizes last year for my daughter they were awesome but the new ones I have for my son our rubbish. I spent, ages ironing then into his uniform as per instructions. They are now all coming off in the wash. Very disappointed indeed. My daughters are still staying strong in her tops and bottoms. Not sure what has changed in the process making for the iron on sections but certainly will go elsewhere next time to get the kids labels I'm afraid.
Disappointing iron-on labels!!! I already bought them for my son 3 years ago, I was delighted, but now I'm really disappointed. They do not hold And if by chance it adheres ... they are found in the machine after the first wash.
Lost shipping. It doesn't make sense to have no shipping tracking for orders of 30 euro. I can understand for orders under 10 euro, but above that seems absurd. After 17 days after the order was shipped, I still haven't received anything and, indeed, there is no telling what happened to it. Too bad I showed trust by placing a second order 9 days after placing the first one, which also has not yet arrived....
It took more than 15 days and the labels have come wrong, all twisted to one side... already in itself the program or your website that you have to write labels leaves much to be desired and should be better specified and more clearly. I will not buy here again, I will go back to Stickers where I used to do it before....
The last order I placed, some of the hot melt labels do not stick properly. They come off when I wash the garment. This has never happened to me before.
In addition to taking more than 10 days to receive the order, the labels have come to me wrong, according to them I made the wrong order. By email they have not even answered me and by phone the answer is... "sorry the order is fine...".
The parcel arrived 1 week later. As I had already started the new school year, I was unable to label my children's equipment. Really disappointed....

I've never received my order and the after-sales service is playing dead, it's a real mess! No response by email, by phone, on the Facebook page either...it's the first time I've been so dissatisfied and outraged by the failure to manage a dispute...if back-to-school is a big period, hire staff to satisfy your customers. I'm going to have to order elsewhere, even though I was totally won over by your products.

You mention fast delivery! We waited over a week to receive our labels. Even though we had parcel tracking, tracking was impossible. And when we try to contact you, there's never any answer! Very very disappointed!
