Disappointed, it was much better before... follow-up and delivery. Too bad! On the other hand, the labels are of good quality ... no problem there!
I placed an order when receiving a mug was broken but very complicated to reach you either by phone or email no return!!!
2 weeks to receive my labels! And when you send a message, you get a standard email that tells you nothing more than what you see on the screen. And following this "exchange", I received many answers that the company, was doing to other customers ?!? ???
Gourd not at all practical heavy because in steel then the stopper 2 times that I change it and it is not give 8th not solid at all disappointed I will not repurchase any more product except labels
Order placed Sept. 3 of 28 that they say is not traceable....absurd. I have written to customer service several times and each time they reply with a preset message. The first time they told me I would have to wait until.17/09 at my second email today they reply that I have to wait until 20/09..what a clown. I asked for a refund ....but of course I don't expect that either....bravi to advertise themselves but the after sales service is crap! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING .....YOU WILL NEVER GET IT! In response to your customer service I must say that you are also liars....you never asked for the return of the goods...too bad I cannot attach your mediocre answers. I have already asked you countless times for a real answer...either send me the goods in an acceptable time,or since you are unable to do so return the money.
Very disappointed... I was delighted when I saw the reviews before ordering but the iron-on labels came off in the first wash, customer service reacted very quickly and kindly sent me free labels which unfortunately didn't wash well either...
I placed the order 20 days ago and I still haven't received it and without any confirmation email and without being able to track the shipment. Customer service does not answer. Obviously I no longer need the order, I demand a refund. Not recommended.
Upon receipt of the package. Very satisfied with my 2 personalized cotton bags. As described. But after the first wash (short program at 30 degrees), the motifs, the design and my son's first and last names were almost completely erased. As a result, they're basic cotton bags and no longer personalized.

So disappointed with the iron labels. I bought a set of various sizes last year for my daughter they were awesome but the new ones I have for my son our rubbish. I spent, ages ironing then into his uniform as per instructions. They are now all coming off in the wash. Very disappointed indeed. My daughters are still staying strong in her tops and bottoms. Not sure what has changed in the process making for the iron on sections but certainly will go elsewhere next time to get the kids labels I'm afraid.
Disappointing iron-on labels!!! I already bought them for my son 3 years ago, I was delighted, but now I'm really disappointed. They do not hold And if by chance it adheres ... they are found in the machine after the first wash.
Lost shipping. It doesn't make sense to have no shipping tracking for orders of 30 euro. I can understand for orders under 10 euro, but above that seems absurd. After 17 days after the order was shipped, I still haven't received anything and, indeed, there is no telling what happened to it. Too bad I showed trust by placing a second order 9 days after placing the first one, which also has not yet arrived....
It took more than 15 days and the labels have come wrong, all twisted to one side... already in itself the program or your website that you have to write labels leaves much to be desired and should be better specified and more clearly. I will not buy here again, I will go back to Stickers where I used to do it before....
The last order I placed, some of the hot melt labels do not stick properly. They come off when I wash the garment. This has never happened to me before.
In addition to taking more than 10 days to receive the order, the labels have come to me wrong, according to them I made the wrong order. By email they have not even answered me and by phone the answer is... "sorry the order is fine...".
The parcel arrived 1 week later. As I had already started the new school year, I was unable to label my children's equipment. Really disappointed....

I've never received my order and the after-sales service is playing dead, it's a real mess! No response by email, by phone, on the Facebook page either...it's the first time I've been so dissatisfied and outraged by the failure to manage a dispute...if back-to-school is a big period, hire staff to satisfy your customers. I'm going to have to order elsewhere, even though I was totally won over by your products.

You mention fast delivery! We waited over a week to receive our labels. Even though we had parcel tracking, tracking was impossible. And when we try to contact you, there's never any answer! Very very disappointed!
Non-existent customer service. I have been waiting for my order for 20 days and it is still in manufacturing. I find myself in school started without the materials I needed and without any kind of response from the company that has already cashed my money! By filling out contact form from their site They send standard responses that are the same for everyone (mine says they have shipped the products when in my account from their site they have been in manufacturing for 20 days)
Still no news of my order since 26/08: 3 lunchboxes, labels, only one reply to my numerous emails, saying that they were late and that my order was being manufactured - that was last Tuesday! I sent an e-mail back today for a refund and no reply! What a shame never again! On the other hand, replying here is a good way of showing off to other customers!

I purchased the iron on labels. Shame they only last 2 30?c washes and already peeling off. And yes I did follow the application instructions to the letter. Very disappointed! wish I hadn't wasted my money and just sewn the tags in like normal. These are not fit for purpose at all
Very pretty personalized labels, but unfortunately they don't hold up after washing - they all come off.
Waiting time too long, sent an order on August 10 and to date which is September 13 I still have not received anything and on top of that they don't even respond.
Disappointed my first order never arrived despite tracking fees. Clonetiquette sent me back a simple batch without drawing as I had ordered the first time. Not friendly on the phone. I will not order again there are other serious sites.
I had been recommended these labels but frankly I don't recommend them at all. Delivery time longer than expected but when you contact them, you get a reply saying that you have to wait until such and such a date and that after that date you can make a claim. The labels are difficult to remove from the booklet. I ordered self-adhesive labels for clothes, and it says to stick them on the brand or wash labels, which I did, but after the 1st wash, the labels are already starting to come off, and after a 2nd wash they come off completely. I'm very, very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it at all. Value for money 0! It's still expensive to pay 3 for a label even though the printing is included! I've found self-adhesive labels for clothes at the supermarket where you have to write your own name much cheaper and they still hold after the 3rd wash!
Good morning!!! Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality of the labels... bought 3 years ago for my first child, to this day they are still perfectly attached after I repeat 3 years in which they have undergone a lot of washing. I repeated another order for my second child this month since I was very happy the first time but after 2 days of kindergarten ALL the thermoadhesive labels came off without even washing them in the washing machine. I thought I had attached them wrong even though I knew very well what they stick...too bad the same thing happened to my friend. Have you by any chance changed materials? I am very sorry

I am still waiting on labels to be delivered that were ordered over 2 weeks ago. Supposed 48hr turnaround? No reply to emails, no one answering the phone, no reply to DM/comments...
The order was delivered within a few days of placing the order. I paid for tracked delivery and yet I didn't have the information to track my parcel. I'm also very disappointed with the quality of the product, I find the labels expensive and they don't do their job. In fact, despite scrupulous adherence to the application instructions, they came off after just one wash. You should know that I took 2 maternal packs and still paid 58e. They're not worth it at all.
The lunchbox is missing from my order. I was not informed of the breakage, I paid for the order and it was therefore debited and I am still waiting for it with no news from you...

It is the third purchase that I repeat with them, the products are of quality and quite durable, as I still have garments 4 years ago with the heat adhesive stickers intact; now except the first order 4 years ago the other two have arrived VERY LATE, I speak of a delay of more than 10 days things that today is not normal. I also consider that if they would inform the delivery times that they have many would not buy because it is super good that the manufacture is in 24-48 hours but if the delivery is then more than 10 days off and let's go. I wanted to give a vote of confidence thinking that the previous time it could be something punctual, but I see that no and they don't care. So for all these reasons, no, I do not recommend it unless at least 1 month before you plan to buy from them and maybe with so much time in advance you can get it by the time you need it... disappointment!
I still have not received the stickers since September 4 when I placed the order. I received mail that they had been shipped and it has been 5 more days.
Nice gourd, but not at all suitable for kindergarteners. The anti-leak stopper is far too hard for a young child to open.
I'm a bit disappointed. My order arrived after 3 weeks of waiting but I would have liked to have been warned throughout the preparation or delivery.
