Despite 6 shipping costs and 48h delivery, I received my parcel a week and a half after my order.
I did not receive all my order
I've been waiting for my order since August 31st.
New order made and still the labels peel off Super disappointed
The labels are very pretty but not very effective 1 wash and 1 tumble dry and they have peeled off too bad!
PRODUCT NEVER DELIVERED!!! Ordered August 15 and NEVER arrived, response to clarification email tells me they shipped August 17 by priority mail, but have no tracking of shipment. 60 thrown away. They do not even make themselves available to send a new order.
Sorry but I did not receive my order. The post office delivered it to the wrong address and I still haven't been able to pick it up.

These look good but dont stick on. They're also too large. I dont recommend them at all, complete waste of money.
No news of my tags... Purchased 2 days ago and charged from my card. I call and a message says there is no one in the office, during business hours of course.... I leave a message no one answers me... I never got the confirmation email nor did I know anything about my tags.
My order is missing a product. A person on the phone confirmed that the product had been shipped but 8 days later I haven't received anything and I can't reach you by phone.

Purchased 2 days ago and charged to my card. I call and a message says that there is no one in the office, during working hours of course... I leave a message and no one answers me... I never got the confirmation email and I don't know anything about my tags. I will ask for a refund if there is no urgent explanation.
Ok so it has been 4 weeks now and I still haven't received anything. If something is missing its seller responsibility to find out. At least give me a refund. Every time I email I get same answer which is very annoying
Hello, Thank you for your response to my last review but which email are you referring to? I haven't received anything! And still nothing for the lunchbox! Yet I've spoken to you on the phone! You're supposed to reimburse me for priority shipping! I haven't received anything either! Anyway ..... I think it's time to move on. Kind regards.
Very disappointed, I've been ordering the labels for two years now, the first year they were great in terms of graphics and quality but this year they're peeling off after two washes at 30*... they're very beautiful but very disappointed with this year's quality, I'm not sure I'll be ordering again.
Labels ordered on August 20 and still not arrived. Ms. caterina's response is that there must have been inefficiency with the post office but the package is not traceable. Asked for confirmation of shipping address and no other response. Asked to resend labels but as of yesterday still no response. Tonight sent further reminder email. If they want to sell abroad as well they should rely on traceable delivery service otherwise they risk indelibly compromising their seriousness.
Catastrophic delivery error: I ordered gourd and lunch box labels personalized with my son's name and only received a gourd and lunch box with other children's names! And without labels! Customer service told me to renew my order and ship it, but this time I only received the labels and no gourd or lunch box... I'm extremely disappointed!
Non-existent and dishonest customer service. I ordered on August 22, I received an email that it was shipped on the 26th, today it's September 8 and I still haven't received my order! Impossible to reach customer service. They only responded when I left a not favorable review on their Instagram account. It was, of course, a generic response - "patient until Saturday, September 5." Then "patient until Monday, September 7." Now I'm asking for a refund and I still haven't heard back. This is unacceptable.

Clothing labels don't hold. Once washed and then dried, they didn't hold. Money was wasted and I had to order new ones from a competitor. Never again!
Very disappointed. Ordered on August 24th. Still nothing received on August 31st even though the order was supposed to leave within 48h. I sent an e-mail to find out how things were going, and was told on September 1st that my order had been processed and would be produced and dispatched within 48 hours! One week after placing the order and on the first day of school. I reply, of course, that I'm unhappy, that I had to buy new labels in a hurry, and that this one won't do me any good this year. NO RESPONSE. I'm very unhappy. An apology would have been enough. Too bad I won't be ordering from them again.
I ordered 90 labels so that I could stick them on different types of clothing. I scrupulously followed the instructions on the leaflet. It looked fine once ironed. However, I was disappointed to find that none of the labels remained on the garments. After the 1st wash, I gradually found the labels in the drum of my washing machine. I'm hoping for compensation.

I'm very disappointed with the iron-on labels, which don't hold up at all. 1 wash at 40 and already a lot of labels have come off or are half off... You pay and the quality isn't there. A real shame. If the quality were up to the standard of the shipment and the presentation, it would be perfect.

They sent me an email informing me that my order was shipped on August 18, I have not received it and they cannot track it. I need them now. Last year I bought them and the same thing happened, I thought it would have been something punctual but I see that they are still the same. Order paid and not received! The worst of all is that when I ask for a solution in customer service, the girl who answers the calls calls calls me rude and hangs up the phone! Super upset!!!! I'm sorry but there will not be a next purchase.
Difficulty sticking them on with an iron and no labels left after the first wash. Really disappointed, very poor quality, I wouldn't buy from you again !!!! Money down the drain......
They don't even deserve 1 star. I have placed my order on 14th August and today is 6 September not received anything I have emailed so many times where is my order? No response when I ask for refund no response i even tried to contact through Instagram still no response. So they are basically a fraud
I followed the instructions and some of the (iron-on) labels had already peeled off in the first wash (at 40°), so I'm really disappointed.
Last Friday August 28th I placed my order and the same thing has happened to me as to other people, from what I read...I have not received the confirmation email or order number or anything, but the money has been charged...I need the labels for now and from what I see I will not have them, so I hope they give me my money back...last year I also ordered them and they arrived immediately.

Ordered on 25th August, it's now 2nd September and still no stickers ready for school tomorrow. Very disappointed as it's my children's first ever days at school tomorrow and now I'm completely unprepared. Think I'll be emailing for a refund!
