Clothing iron on labels started to peel off within a couple of weeks. When contacted customer services I was asked if I had followed the instructions (which I had) or if I had actually applied the stick on labels I ordered for lunchbox items onto the clothes instead. Little bit insulting. Although stickers look nice, unfortunately I would not re order due to them not lasting long on the clothes. Then when they replied on here after seeing poor review, to say get in contact for free replacements. They refused as I had only lost 4 of them! And told me I could reuse the ones that had fell off despite them being all creased. (Saying I had not heated them enough) despite completely following all instructions Very poor customer service and reinforced why I would not use again.

The water bottle aesthetically is beautiful.... however a bit impractical to be for a child because apart from the fact that the cap is very hard to open, once opened that is not enough because there is to turn a kind of safety that is used to keep the water from spilling out even when the cap is closed. i had taken it for my almost 3 year old hoping she could use it independently instead i always have to open and close it myself because as i said it is a bit too complicated to use for a child's water bottle

I ordered 3 times on the site so 3 different orders but all 3 for iron-on, the first 2 I had no worries everything stuck very well, but the last and 3rd order on 50 labels already 15 do not stick and do not even hold 24 h and I have not used all, yet I did not change iron between the 2 or temperature, I do not recommend.

Iron-on labels don't necessarily wash well, which is a shame, unlike self-adhesive labels. It's not practical to have to stick a transparent film over the shoe stickers (why isn't it already stuck on?). The free stickers at the end of the booklet are really nice.

I bought a gourd. Very nice finish, beautiful colors. The stopper can be hard to use for a young child (difficult to open, and complicated closing/opening system for a 3-year-old) but the gourd doesn't leak, reliable system. After barely a week of use, it was cracked. I contacted customer service, who weren't very reactive (over a week to have innovated the first return), but very understanding, and we agreed to replace the gourd.
