Disappointed with my last order. The dinosaur motif I'd chosen didn't appear on the white/grey background, I didn't see this bug and I received labels with no illustration (just the first name). After-sales service told me all I had to do was reread my order in my e-mails... and after a 2nd complaint I was entitled to a discount voucher.... I won't be ordering from them again

These labels are very practical, and it's great to be able to make them to your liking (colors/patterns). What I don't like is that they wear out or come off a little too quickly!

Well, at the moment I can only rate the customer service at Esistmeins.de and it's great. I made a mistake when ordering and the customer service employee was incredibly helpful and corrected it. I am very grateful for that. The labels look very good, whether they will stand the test of time remains to be seen. Shipping was a little slower than I'm used to, but it didn't come from Germany either. If you need it quickly, Esistmeins.de is not the best choice. But as I said, the customer service is unbeatable.
Object label, doesn't stick to the objects, which is the last straw. I read that the object had to be clean for a perfect adésions, it was the case. Disappointed, it's not even back to school yet and it doesn't fit. I'll never buy again.
