No news of my order for 3 weeks
Order placed on 20/08/2020 and still nothing received! No reply to my e-mails except the automatic replies! Unacceptable!
Clothing labels don't hold. Once washed and then dried, they didn't hold. Money was wasted and I had to order new ones from a competitor. Never again!
Very disappointed. Ordered on August 24th. Still nothing received on August 31st even though the order was supposed to leave within 48h. I sent an e-mail to find out how things were going, and was told on September 1st that my order had been processed and would be produced and dispatched within 48 hours! One week after placing the order and on the first day of school. I reply, of course, that I'm unhappy, that I had to buy new labels in a hurry, and that this one won't do me any good this year. NO RESPONSE. I'm very unhappy. An apology would have been enough. Too bad I won't be ordering from them again.
I ordered 90 labels so that I could stick them on different types of clothing. I scrupulously followed the instructions on the leaflet. It looked fine once ironed. However, I was disappointed to find that none of the labels remained on the garments. After the 1st wash, I gradually found the labels in the drum of my washing machine. I'm hoping for compensation.
Order placed on 26/08 and not received! I've been ordering from them for years and I've never been disappointed, but this is the first time it's happened. I bought lunchboxes, so it was a very expensive order, and I've heard nothing! I sent several emails and phoned and got no reply! Forced to take legal action against this company!
I'm very disappointed with the iron-on labels, which don't hold up at all. 1 wash at 40 and already a lot of labels have come off or are half off... You pay and the quality isn't there. A real shame. If the quality were up to the standard of the shipment and the presentation, it would be perfect.

They sent me an email informing me that my order was shipped on August 18, I have not received it and they cannot track it. I need them now. Last year I bought them and the same thing happened, I thought it would have been something punctual but I see that they are still the same. Order paid and not received! The worst of all is that when I ask for a solution in customer service, the girl who answers the calls calls calls me rude and hangs up the phone! Super upset!!!! I'm sorry but there will not be a next purchase.
Difficulty sticking them on with an iron and no labels left after the first wash. Really disappointed, very poor quality, I wouldn't buy from you again !!!! Money down the drain......
They don't even deserve 1 star. I have placed my order on 14th August and today is 6 September not received anything I have emailed so many times where is my order? No response when I ask for refund no response i even tried to contact through Instagram still no response. So they are basically a fraud
I followed the instructions and some of the (iron-on) labels had already peeled off in the first wash (at 40°), so I'm really disappointed.
Last Friday August 28th I placed my order and the same thing has happened to me as to other people, from what I read...I have not received the confirmation email or order number or anything, but the money has been charged...I need the labels for now and from what I see I will not have them, so I hope they give me my money back...last year I also ordered them and they arrived immediately.

It's been 3 weeks since I ordered and I still haven't received anything. The sav does not respond to my mail (4 sent) to date phone calls out of 20 calls an answer telling me it must still wait ... very disappointed
Ordered on 25th August, it's now 2nd September and still no stickers ready for school tomorrow. Very disappointed as it's my children's first ever days at school tomorrow and now I'm completely unprepared. Think I'll be emailing for a refund!
55 euros for a gourd and lunch box! Plus priority delivery that arrives 3 days late! And without the lunch box! Disgraceful!

Hello, I received 2 lunchboxes personalized with the names of children other than mine. After sending an email from the website and trying to call and leave a message, I still haven't had a reply as to how to return the products. I'm disappointed not to have had any contact.

Order placed on 19/08, still nothing received with a return in two days. Impossible to get after-sales service for an express order. So I'm asking for a refund and ordering from a competitor with express delivery at my expense. Thank you C-MonEtiquette for the time and money lost. Especially as I certainly won't have the new labels in time for my son's first day of school. If only you'd had competent after-sales service, I could have reordered sooner. I've been trying to reach you since last week!
Ordered clothing stickers that apparently stayed on even after washing however they all came off after just the first wash. Very unhappy.
This is my second order, the first order, disappointing experience with customer service that was unreachable by phone and not responsive, however satisfied with the product received. I decide to recommend a second time, order placed on 24/08 and still not received my order!!!! Back to school is tomorrow!!! Customer service is still unreachable by phone and my order has apparently still not been processed! Decidedly, big problem to meet deadlines and big worries about customer service which is non-existent! Disappointed, I don't think I'll recommend a 3rd time!
No paper provided so used greaceproof paper as suggested. The labels look cheap and tacky once in clothes. I tried leaving the iron on for less time but the labels were still left sticky and out of shape ??

Labels very good but I don't understand why they continue to sell the lunchboxes if they don't have any more... I bought several things including this box and if I hadn't contacted customer service no one would have informed me that this item was out of stock and I would have paid for an item I would never have had... very disappointed. You should warn people on the site that the item is out of stock, so that they don't get ripped off...
I have no news of the order, they didn't send me a confirmation email so I have no order number and in my account it appears that I have not ordered anything? On top of that I have been charged on my account. I have tried to call them by phone and they won't pick up. I have sent them an email. I hope they respond to me if they solve the problem I will change my rating but right now I do not trust them.
Order still not received after 15 days, back to school is coming and their only answer is that the post office is the problem. In view of the latest notices, I'm not the only one in this situation, so I think it's them who have a problem and they don't want to refund anything. It's a disgrace!
Order still not received after almost 10 days. They offer me nothing except to tell me that the order will be declared lost only after one month and that I may be reimbursed only after one month. In the meantime, my daughter doesn't have her back-to-school labels.

No stickiness after washing
I have no news of the order, they didn't even send me the order confirmation email so I don't know the order number or anything. I try to contact the number they put and they tell me they are not there. My email does not let me put it, the order name is to M.Leal in case you read this and can locate my order and inform me if I will receive it or not.
I can't judge the product because I still haven't received it after 3 weeks of ordering. Today my daughter started daycare and I have made other arrangements, so by now when they arrive ( if they arrive) they will be useless.
