Garment labels come off in the wash, even when used correctly!
Order placed on 19/08, still nothing received with a return in two days. Impossible to get after-sales service for an express order. So I'm asking for a refund and ordering from a competitor with express delivery at my expense. Thank you C-MonEtiquette for the time and money lost. Especially as I certainly won't have the new labels in time for my son's first day of school. If only you'd had competent after-sales service, I could have reordered sooner. I've been trying to reach you since last week!
Ordered clothing stickers that apparently stayed on even after washing however they all came off after just the first wash. Very unhappy.
This is my second order, the first order, disappointing experience with customer service that was unreachable by phone and not responsive, however satisfied with the product received. I decide to recommend a second time, order placed on 24/08 and still not received my order!!!! Back to school is tomorrow!!! Customer service is still unreachable by phone and my order has apparently still not been processed! Decidedly, big problem to meet deadlines and big worries about customer service which is non-existent! Disappointed, I don't think I'll recommend a 3rd time!
No paper provided so used greaceproof paper as suggested. The labels look cheap and tacky once in clothes. I tried leaving the iron on for less time but the labels were still left sticky and out of shape ??
I placed an order on August 23rd, it's August 30th and I still haven't received anything!!!! And back to school is in 2 days .... ??

Labels very good but I don't understand why they continue to sell the lunchboxes if they don't have any more... I bought several things including this box and if I hadn't contacted customer service no one would have informed me that this item was out of stock and I would have paid for an item I would never have had... very disappointed. You should warn people on the site that the item is out of stock, so that they don't get ripped off...
I have no news of the order, they didn't send me a confirmation email so I have no order number and in my account it appears that I have not ordered anything? On top of that I have been charged on my account. I have tried to call them by phone and they won't pick up. I have sent them an email. I hope they respond to me if they solve the problem I will change my rating but right now I do not trust them.
Order still not received after 15 days, back to school is coming and their only answer is that the post office is the problem. In view of the latest notices, I'm not the only one in this situation, so I think it's them who have a problem and they don't want to refund anything. It's a disgrace!
Order still not received after almost 10 days. They offer me nothing except to tell me that the order will be declared lost only after one month and that I may be reimbursed only after one month. In the meantime, my daughter doesn't have her back-to-school labels.

No stickiness after washing
I have no news of the order, they didn't even send me the order confirmation email so I don't know the order number or anything. I try to contact the number they put and they tell me they are not there. My email does not let me put it, the order name is to M.Leal in case you read this and can locate my order and inform me if I will receive it or not.
I can't judge the product because I still haven't received it after 3 weeks of ordering. Today my daughter started daycare and I have made other arrangements, so by now when they arrive ( if they arrive) they will be useless.
I was very disappointed with the tracking of a parcel (gourd for a little girl's birthday). They didn't even answer my e-mails. I have always taken the labels from you and above all I advertised you around me...But that was before.
I ordered water bottles / lunch boxes and above all everything I needed for my daughter's birthday (invitations, stickers, gift boxes to color ...) I received a first parcel in which the envelopes and stickers for the invitations were missing and I only had one gift box to color although 9 were ordered. I sent an e-mail and was quickly told that the missing items would be dispatched as soon as possible. A week later I e-mailed again to make sure that the parcel had been sent. I'm told it's leaving today. I received it this morning, the invitations were there but the coloring boxes were still missing. I e-mailed again this morning, waiting for them to get back to me ... I've always been delighted with "C'est mon Étiquette" but I must admit I'm disappointed, I'll have to make do with the labels in future ... As for the rest of the order (water bottles and lunchboxes), my children are delighted!
I wanted to order these but my son has a double barrelled surname and it is apparently too long. I can't be the only person in this position? Shame because it looks like a great product!

Scammers!!!!!!I put a star because it does not let me put any, I've been a year waiting for my order I have claimed it does not arrive I claim it again and tells me that the time they consider estimated to claim it is 3 months!!!! I'm sorry? And my money!? come on, it's all a scam.
I've been ordering for 3 years, but now I've completed 2 orders and each time some items are missing. The invitations for my son's birthday are getting complicated and when you send them back, they are half folded and you can't do anything with them. The competition will be happy next year

Very disappointed!!! When I received my pack of kindergarten I was delighted because fast delivery and very pretty notebook but there I wanted to put the iron-on labels and nothing fits. Everything is good to go to the trash I am disgusted for the price I paid!
Hello, one of my three water bottles has a valve that won't close. I have asked for a refund or an exchange.
I have been waiting almost 2 months for my labels. I have written several times to customer service and still no answer and when I call the contact phone they never pick up. I WANT A SOLUTION TO MY ORDER.
The labels stick well at the time and when my son wears the garment it comes off as the day progresses shameful

About a month ago i ordered one lunchbox, one bottle and some labels. To this day i still have not received MY order, however i have received 4 different orders with a total of 6 lunchboxs and 6 waterbottles with other kids names on them which obviously is not mine. One of the orders i even was charged £10 to get as correct postage was not paid by supplier and guess what...it wasnt even my order. I have contacted Customer Service multiple times through both email an instagram and after first wrong order i have heard nothing back. First wrong order i was told to keep the items instead of returning which goes to show how cheaply items are made. So now i have all these personalised items that i have no use for and a bin full of boxes and STILL not got my order. I thought this company looked profressional but an absalout joke in my experience.
2 gourds received with the wrong first names on both, I contact customer service who sexcuse and who lattesté that they put back the gourds in manufacturing.... ça arrive....bref, 8jours après je ne reçois rien, je re contact le service client qui me dit que la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone n'ait pas lancé la fabrication, elle relance la fabrication et je les reçoivent donc 8 jours après.... je voulais les pour les vacances de mes garçons bah cétait plié...je suis déçu
The price of the gourd is high, which is fine if the product is of good quality. But with a stopper that breaks twice, lid and opening system... As a result, my children have to unscrew it completely to drink. Needless to say, the 5-year-old can't do it.
