The personalized gourd is very pretty and solid, but I find the opening system very complicated for a child, whether it's the inner or outer cap. I was also disappointed with the delivery times, because after a few days, when I didn't see the parcel arrive, I contacted customer service and that's when I learned that the parcel had been mislaid. I would have preferred to have been informed beforehand rather than following my call. I would also have appreciated it if they had offered a commercial gesture without my having to ask for it...the delivery costs were offered to me but I must admit that I would have appreciated a more substantial gesture knowing that it was for a birthday present and that of course it didn't arrive in time.

A crazy time to be delivered! When I placed my order, the product was out of stock and I was not informed. After many attempts to contact you by messenger with no response from you (although you announce a very quick response) I finally phoned to find out what was happening with my order! In the end, you replied to my request on Messenger after several days, even though I'd been trying to get my answer myself for a long time, as if there was no communication between team members...

They're a bit heavy, but great fun. The downside is that my 3 and 5 year olds, for whom I bought them, can't open them, as the cap requires too much force. Result: an expensive purchase to stay at home. Very disappointed.

Buy a nursery pack. The object labels and the ones that stick on the labels are fine for the moment, but the ones that stick on with the iron, in the first wash or even from the use, come off. No matter the fabric, be it cotton, denim .... And I think that for the price it should not happen. And the problem is not my iron, because I have a friend who bought them at the same time and the same thing happens to her. Nice but I am very unhappy

Order received quickly. The labels are very nice, but I'm extremely disappointed with the iron-on labels, which don't hold up at all. They fall off after the first few washes without a tumble dryer, so I can't even imagine with them. On the other hand, the stickers are fine.

The ink on one of the bottles "smudged" after the first wash. The labels are very difficult to remove from the supports. Especially those for clothing labels: the precutting is so badly done that I have to cut them out with scissors. I was totally satisfied with my previous orders. This is disappointing. It's a shame.

While the site indicates "shipped within 48h or 72h" (18/09) after 1 week I had not received any shipping email (25/09). I sent an e-mail (25/09) and 1 hour later my parcel was finally shipped (I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't sent it...). I needed some items for a specific date (29/09). SATURDAY 26/09 obviously nothing so I really freaked out. Luckily it arrived on 28/09, otherwise I'd have made quite a scandal...

I received the labels they shipped on September 28 after almost a month. The shipment was not traceable so I did not know who to contact. On October 6 I get an automated email back confirming that until October 13 there is nothing to do but wait. To review the choice of carrier or at any rate give the option to track the shipment and make temporary arrangements while waiting. Great customer service, but can't always handle it after the fact.

I'm very pleased with the extra labels and stickers in the little notebook. However, I'm very disappointed with the little comforter bag, one wash and the writing and drawing have totally faded. After ten or so washes, I don't think we'll see much more.... a comforter bag is carried everywhere by the little ones and must be designed to withstand washing, especially with the virus at the moment.
