I have not received my order after almost 20 days of having ordered it, I wrote an email explaining what had happened and it was not until I called the phone number that they told me that they would put it back to manufacture and that they would send it, well... disaster...

The labels were great, but unfortunately the protective film for the shoe labels was not included.

Nice labels but first wash and I find them in the drum ... too bad ...

Especially long shipping time received in 12 days after order

When I receive the goude I'll be able to evaluate them, the lunch box is superb in any case.

I didn't think the square self-adhesive labels were so small and very stiff self-adhesive label material and ordered on Thursday received on Wednesday.

It doesn't stick to any object or fabric. Too bad

Long delays in delivery

Received very quickly and the labels are really pretty, but I find that the iron-on labels don't stick very well. They come off far too quickly. I'm a bit sorry, next time I'll get stickers and give it a try. And as for the shoe labels, they didn't stick.

Cap a little difficult to close for being a product dedicated to children.

I ordered several labels for two children; for clothes, objects, shoes. They had always arrived separately, which made it easier for each one to have their own things, but this time they were all together, badly stapled and interleaved. A chaos

Self-adhesive labels too long to fit on small labels. No choice but to put them on the fabric. I'm afraid of the 1st wash...

Delivery time a little too long.

Clearly disappointed by the performance of the water bottle I ordered for my son. While aesthetically very attractive, it's impractical and unsuitable for use by a small child. It's heavy, and opens and closes in a way that's already too advanced for him to use on his own. A pity.

I have not yet received

I think it is a very good product in terms of quality, beautiful graphics ,only flaw the cap, I do not know if the problem is only mine because the product is defective or if they are all like that,but it is very difficult to close, you need the strength of an adult, a child can not !

Totally cute and beautiful labels. Fast shipping and great website. Unfortunately came off the first time I washed them (iron-on) .but will try again...I haven't tried the iron-on labels yet.

Long delivery times

I bought a gourd. Very nice finish, beautiful colors. The stopper can be hard to use for a young child (difficult to open, and complicated closing/opening system for a 3-year-old) but the gourd doesn't leak, reliable system. After barely a week of use, it was cracked. I contacted customer service, who weren't very reactive (over a week to have innovated the first return), but very understanding, and we agreed to replace the gourd.

Good quality and beautiful presentation. Too bad my order was incomplete and I had to send an email to get the rest. But the reactivity is to be noted because the rest was sent back to me quickly.

The hotmelt labels have all peeled off, I have tried two different plates...the rest is fine, nothing else.

I like the stickers very much but they do not stick well, every now and then I have to be squeezing it because they peel off, the quality is very bad for my taste.

Disappointed because they don't stand up to machine washing. If I had known I would have taken the iron-on ones?

Iron-on labels are no problem. But adhesive labels don't stick. Very annoying.

The bottles are good but the cap is not practical for young children (mine are 4 and 5 years old) and the boxes are too heavy and one of the boxes arrived damaged I was very disappointed ... I do not recommend these products especially for the quality / price!

Wash-off label

The first order I placed was quick, now I have placed a second order almost a month ago and it has not arrived, and customer service tells me to wait a few more days. I have also noticed that some of the adhesive clothing labels from that first order are starting to peel off a bit. I think this is where my orders will end.

I haven't received anything yet... And I have long needed the labels for school....

Iron-on labels peel off after 3 washes

The labels are nice but too bad they won't hold up in the machine wash this year - a little disappointed?

This time unfortunately my feedback is not as good as in the past. Due to a large number of orders, I received my package after 1 month and 20 days. The products are still very good, but I really waited too long.

Some of the labels wash out in the washing machine. it's not as resistant as you'd think. but overall it's fine. i also bought the gourd. it's very pretty but the cap is extremely hard to close and open. so i remove it completely. otherwise the labels are very pretty and delivery is very fast.
