A poop of stickers that arrived well after the date and I didn't get my money back!
I am very disappointed with the thermoadhesive clothing labels. They came off after 1 -2 washes despite the fact that I followed the instructions and pressed very well with the iron to the point of even discoloring the garment (complete with paper in between). Unfortunately, I also recommended petit fernand to my friends and made a really bad impression. Very sad
I have not received it for over a month since I ordered it.
1st order came after 1 week, so nothing for spontaneous. This was incorrect, allegedly I have misspelled my last name (instead of 2 mm with 4!) but I'm sure that I have checked extra u so what you see at first glance, as with Müllller!!!! . after 3 days back and forth a goodwill replacement delivery announced. This came after about 3 weeks... Child was already almost back, driven without stickers, labeled with Edding. This time it was the fault of a promotion... Unfortunately no recommendation Addendum. If you look at the reviews, customer service is on a straight line... express regret, look for mistakes outside, say thank you and advertise. The last name was wrong 'mmmm' instead of 'mm'! You don't have to read to see that something is wrong and there was no possibility of an order overview with the data (which I requested so as not to falsely denounce someone) to see where the mistake was! No, not again.
I have not received my order and where I am sent to track my order is not open. So I don't know how to get information.
I ordered labels on July 11 (order 3000730880), on July 20 I receive an envelope with a gift box but without the labels. I immediately communicate with customer service who assures me that within 48 hours they will be sent back. Today is August 5 and I still have not received anything but continue to receive service evaluation request. Unfortunately, it can only be very negative.

One star is still not enough. I ordered school stickers in mid-July, but the goods still hadn't arrived after a week, so I asked. I was told that the goods would be dispatched within 48 hours as promised on the website. After a few more days had passed, I asked again. The same person (only one Marylin works there?) told me that there was a promotion going on and that the goods had unfortunately only been dispatched the day before? So the first statement was an outright lie! I then canceled the order due to the late delivery (it was supposed to be a gift). They then canceled and apologized and announced with a big heart that I should still accept the goods because they were personalized. So as a small compensation. Nothing happens for days, I ask again. Then the statement (original sound): "The moment we have refunded you the money, we no longer need to supply you...". So, customer support that really CANNOT be trusted!
To be able to rate it ... it would have to arrive first ... waiting in vain for delivery ...

All the labels were missing the first and last names Difficulties in detaching the labels And big surprise, back from vacation, 2 labels out of 3 are no longer stuck but everything went in the washing machine except for the iron-on ones. So I'm used to ordering labels, but this time I'm very disappointed.

I've been ordering regularly from cmonetiquette for 3 years now, but this time I'm really disappointed. The labels are not of good quality and do not stick properly to the clothes. Some sort of plastic film prevents them from sticking when washed. 30 euros wasted...
I received the labels folded and unstuck, so more than half of them are usable.
