I'm very disappointed with garment labels! none of them stick, I even leave the iron on longer than expected and nothing helps, it sticks (sometimes not well) but after a few hours of handling the garment, without even going through the washing machine and dryer exercise, the label comes off!

A shame, labels ordered on August 22, shipped according to them on August 24! Order not received to date despite two emails to customer service. No phone number, just an e-mail, which sends you an automatic e-mail warning you not to send an e-mail as it overloads their system and lengthens processing times! Apart from the site, which looks great, it's a real rip-off! We are D+1 from the start of the school year and my daughter has no label for the nursery.

Super long shipping time. The website advertises that the stickers will be dispatched within 48 hours. This was also adhered to. Unfortunately it is not written that the post office needs another 6 days to deliver. You only get told this on request. Too bad that takes too long!!! Had to label everything by hand.
