Impossible to contact you to let you know what went wrong. All the labels were missing the first and last names Difficulties in detaching the labels And big surprise, back from vacation, 2 labels out of 3 are no longer stuck but everything went in the washing machine except for the iron-on ones. So I'm used to ordering labels, but this time I'm very disappointed.

Lost order

Fatal I placed my order and almost a month later I still haven't received my order.

A catastrophe....the labels did not hold up to the 1st wash....I absolutely do not recommend.

I've been ordering regularly from cmonetiquette for 3 years now, but this time I'm really disappointed. The labels are not of good quality and do not stick properly to the clothes. Some sort of plastic film prevents them from sticking when washed. 30 euros wasted...

I received the labels folded and unstuck, so more than half of them are usable.

I am very disappointed to have been delivered so long after my order. I received the labels too late to use them before the children left for camp.

I ordered labels for my daughters' summer camps. But I fell on the overcrowded week apparently and with the 14th holiday ... result: they left without their labels ... so bof for the service! I hope I'll be able to use them next year; that they'll still be iron-on....

Very slow delivery, received late

The labels arrived 10 days after my order. My son left for camp without me being able to label his clothes.

Half of it was missing on delivery and when I finally received the rest after writing back and forth for a long time, one part (beige toiletry bag) was totally dirty, black around the edges.

Labels on garments peel off after first wash!!!!All garments are affected, despite following the instructions for use. Very dissatisfied because of the risk of losing the clothes (used for the Centre aéré) and loss of time and money.

I am disappointed with the service because I had noted when ordering that my daughter was leaving for camp the following week and I wanted to know if the labels would arrive in time but no answer. When I received the order after my daughter's departure, I sent a message to the after-sales service. The answer was that it had to be stipulated in the contact form and not in the order. But how do I know as a customer? It's my fault if I didn't go to the right place. I'm disappointed with the after-sales service.

Some of the labels I received don't match my son's first and last name. I used the contact form and facebook to see if it was possible to have them reshipped, but I never heard back from your service. What a pity, for a first order the experience is very bad!

Very disappointed by the labels which were very badly precut so it was a pain to remove them....I sent an email but no reply... I've never had a problem with this site before but here...our three books of labels were unusable....

I have not received my order. I have contacted the customer service center and have received only an unsatisfactory response.

The labels came off after a while without being ironed, and after ironing they didn't stay on for long. I did wait for the time indicated for ironing on the label.... I'll do it again and take longer for the remaining labels, but for the moment I'm very disappointed 🙁
