For the first time I am a little disappointed, labels very difficult to detach but especially some have not held on business (barely 1 week) Otherwise the deadlines, delivery always top ultra fast.

I order self-adhesive labels for clothes every year, but they deteriorate quickly when washed, which is a pity. Best regards.

The labels are very pretty. However, they don't hold up well on clothing. After only one machine wash (30°), the labels are half off! I'm a bit disappointed... let's see if the hold on objects is better!

I accidentally bought the wrong decals, when I emailed you and asked if I could change it quickly, that was no longer possible. Very unfortunate Well, the decals are on the dresser and the kids can no longer enjoy them.

I never received the labels. It seems to be a postal misunderstanding. But I paid for them, and after the first very cordial response, now it's already two times that I've asked how to do it and they don't answer me anymore.....

The labels are beautiful. But in one day, one has already peeled off (although I followed the procedure to the letter)...I'm waiting to see if the others follow the same path.

Very cool labels but they took more than a week to arrive

Mindful of my excellent experience two years ago, I turned to Petit Fernand for the second time for adhesive labels. This time, however, something didn't work because although I received an email on October 3 notifying me that my order had been shipped, to date, after 11 days, it has still not arrived. They say it's not up to them but I paid them, not the postal service. Let's see when they arrive

The labels do not peel off the plastic and it is bad enough that they can only be ironed on the label itself.

The labels are single-use, they come off in the first wash, I'm disappointed I found everything in my washing machine drum. I'll take back the ones that can be ironed.

I had a bad experience with the after-sales service, which was of no help to me despite my requests. Offering to contact me myself without giving me the information I needed doesn't seem worthy of being called "service"...since, in short, I was told to manage on my own...

Very nice but they come off in every wash and I have a hard time getting them to stick to my clothes. I have to stick them on the labels to get them to stay on.

I'm not questioning the labels, but the labels arrived well after my son's stay was over.

I give only 3 stars, not so much for the products which are good, but for the service: in the previous order the transparent labels matched with the shoe labels did not arrive, in this order the courier , not finding me , left the package outside the gate. More care should be taken in these aspects

Unfortunately I am very disappointed in the product... I wanted to love the stick on clothes labels as they seemed to be of such great quality, however they were not... After applying them following instructions to the letter, only one wash a 30 degrees was enough to unstick them off the clothes label... I am not impressed and I won't buy again. I guess instead of pretty labels I will just have to carry on using a permanent marker. Malheureusement très déçue par ce produit que j'avais vraiment envie d'aimer. Le design bien que magnifique et la qualité ayant l'air bonne, les autocollants pour vêtements n'ont malheureusement pas supporté un cycle de lavage à 30 degrés et ce sont quasiment tous décollés malgré des instructions d'application suivies à la lettre. Vraiment dommage et décevant, je n'achèterai plus vos produits et continuerai à utiliser un marqueur indélébile à la place.

I'm disappointed because the labels don't stay on the clothes even without washing. 22 were stuck 9 did not stay. It's a shame.

Very good quality labels and a good customer service provided, highly reccomended

It's a real shame, because they're very nice bottles, but the drinking opening and cap are not suitable for small children. I had read the whole product description before buying. Sincerely

Writing too small

The stickers are great ... but they take a long time to arrive ... my order was from Spain and it took a long time but they did not arrive on time ...

I expected something else

3rd booklet, so happy, but on the last one the iron-on labels come off.

After the first wash, 3 hotmelt labels have peeled off. The self-adhesive ones are still holding, I was hoping for better adhesion.

Nice. The durable thermoadhesive ones,although I barely did one wash,the others so they come off the objects we attach them to(plates,plastic cups)

Imaginative and customizable labels. However, after one month, they have already partially detached from my daughter's clothes, which is the reason why I edited the review.

The labels are very nice but after washing the clothes the labels come off even though I left them on for more than 24 hours ??????

The only downside is tooooo long delivery....

The labels are pretty and conform but do not resist washing at all. Verdict: useless if you have to re-apply new labels every week.

The quality of the labels is below that of other brands, but still reasonable for the price.
