I've been completely satisfied with all the orders I've placed so far, but this time I don't know what happened. I placed my order on August 24, and had to send them a reminder 15 days later because I still hadn't received anything, and when I finally received my order almost 15 days after the start of the school year, my order arrived incomplete.... I had to send another e-mail, to finally receive the rest of my order a few days later, which lasted a total of at least 3 weeks, although I did receive my payment the day after I placed my order... Order never received after one month of waiting!!!! However, their site clearly states that they have a 48-hour lead time for the manufacture of personalized products and then a +1 day lead time for priority postal delivery. I contacted them several times and the only answer I got was that I had to wait again!!!! My daughter started school two weeks ago!
