For the past few years, I've been completely satisfied with the labels for my children. This year, I noticed a slight problem when I was using them: all the self-adhesive labels on the bottom left of the sheets came off badly, as the cut-out was not complete - a real shame!

All very good! The only downside is that now the termiadesivas stickers do not peel off well, it costs a lot to remove them from the sheet.

After my stickers failed to arrive at first, I got a reply from them to say it was a postal error. They immediately re-printed them and re-sent them. I received them today and they are just perfect. Once they were aware of the issue they were so helpful and customer service could not have been better. Really impressed! Thank you!
