Love these stickers. Ideal for children who lose there clothing

I ordered a personalized water bottle, a personalized mug, labels and a stopper for a water bottle. I'm very satisfied with my order, the colors and patterns are nice, lots of choices for personalization. I already had a gourd, but the stopper broke after a fall. Fast delivery in a neat parcel.

Bottle caps break too easily.

I love them, they last a long time. Washer and dryer resistant.

I bought these amazing little stickers to put on my boys school clothes and they really are amazing they stay on wash after wash I don't need to worry about him losing anything highly recommend brilliant the best things ever definitely order over just received my third order ????

The product is correct, but the delivery time is too long. On the web, at the beginning, they indicate 24-48h and when you make the purchase and see the conditions they already indicate that the delivery can take up to 10 days. Which is true, the product arrives in 10 days or more. It is a little confusing and perhaps misleading to indicate at first that the time is 24-48h because it is not. I also missed knowing where my order was because at 24-48h they tell you that it is produced but until 10 days or more you do not hear anything.

I came across Petit-Fernand on a social media ad. I have just received my second order of sticky labels and they are fantastic! They have survived many washes on my sons school uniform without any peeling. 5 star customer service. 5 star quality. 5 star value for money. 100% would recommend!

They are excellent stickers with the possibility of numerous customizations. Perhaps a bit pricey compared to market prices.

I ordered thermoadhesive labels and a wooden label, unfortunately the envelope containing the products never arrived after shipping from France. I contacted customer service, they put my order back into production and sent it back, then also provided me with a tracking number. The products arrived and they are beautiful! Very pleased with the purchase and especially with the impeccable customer service!

I have placed several orders with Petit-Fernand, excellent quality. I have also been able to personally test the professionalism and seriousness of the company.

The product is very good. The delivery could have been much better. At no time did they communicate to send me the tracking number of the order, I wrote them on 20/Oct and they sent me an e-mail instantly telling me to wait until 28/Oct. That day I wrote them again because I still did not have the package and two days later they answered me with the shipping number. To my surprise the package was pending to be picked up at the post office since 19/Oct, they almost returned it for lack of collection.

The labels are excellent and even though it took a while to arrive (the order got lost in the post) - the customer service was easy enough to contact by phone (emails were a bit slower) and sent me a replacement promptly. I will order labels from here again.
