The labels don't stick well and don't stand up to the washing machine. I do not recommend this product

I have not received the product. I don't have access to the delivery tracking I haven't received a reply to my e-mail asking about the status of my order? This is the first time I've had this problem with C-MONETIQUETTE, with whom I order regularly and with whom I'm very satisfied. It's been 3 weeks since I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived.

We ordered a lunch box, a drinking bottle and a personalized bag for the kindergarten. As soon as I unpacked the lunch box, I noticed that it only had stickers on the top. How long will that last? On closer inspection, I also noticed that there were dirt particles under the glue. Unfortunately, the bottle also has scratches and 2 deeper dents/dents. The bag we ordered looks good, but unfortunately it arrived too small. We wanted size L and got size M. But it could also be that we may have made a mistake when ordering. I took photos and complained about everything by email. NO RESPONSE. Sent the same email again. Still NO RESPONSE. If no one gets back to us, we will contact Paypal. I was then offered a new lid and a new bottle. The items arrived today. The bottle is scratched again, even more than the first one. And the glue on the lunch box has air bubbles again. I contacted them again by email and asked for a refund. All I was offered was a ridiculous 10% voucher for my next order. As if I would order there again!

I placed an order on June 16 and have still not received any feedback as to whether and when the order was shipped.

It's been a month since I placed my order and it still hasn't arrived!

Order not received Order beginning of June, supposedly sent on the 12th, tracking impossible at first and then the post office and the website passing the buck as to where the package is! Birthday gifts for twins born on June 30...looks good! Mail telling me in the end that they recreated my order and sent it back...I'm waiting to see!

I have been waiting for a month and a bit for the order... and today I still have not received anything! I have asked for a refund and I have not been paid anything ... Very bad experience, I do not recommend it and clearly when they ask me for recommendation to family or friends I will explain the mismanagement.

Unfortunately, I have not received the goods I ordered and paid for via Paypal. My 1st email was not answered. Today I wrote another email.

I'm disappointed by the iron-on labels, which peel off after a few washes at 40 degrees. I had bought these labels for my mom who is in EHPAD and was really disappointed! I have to sew the labels back on by hand...
