Very long delivery (10 days) not at all as indicated at the time of the order which indicated 48h!

Good quality but reception takes too long

The labels are very nice and the deliveries on time. Too bad that on the site where I purchased, I didn't read anywhere that the labels should only be attached to other clothing labels (washes or Brands) that I habitually remove because they are annoying.

Delivery time not respected you say 48h but I received them 2 weeks later. But if not very good product nothing to say.

I ordered the gourd... the graphics are superb and the customization is top-notch... but the gourd is heavy, impractical in terms of size, a bit large for small hands, and the cap is hard to remove... too bad!

I tried to glue them but they peeled off over the course of the day, even though I bought termo and did as indicated - a little disappointed.

I'm disappointed because 2 washes and the labels come off.

I am a long time customer of Petit Fernand, but I must say that the quality of the latest labels received has dropped a lot, on the second washing of the garment they tend to come off, which never happened with the labels I got 4 years ago. Too bad.

The stickers hook very well but the drawing is just erased The shipment took me a long time to arrive I guess because of the post office, from petit fernand said they had already sent it. In the pack of school would be missing more stickers for objects of 2 lines Happy with the design Thanks

For the price it's not tof nuveau quality gourd too heavy for a child and too hard to turn for a 5 year old. Otherwise nice design

Normal. Clothing labels are very small, both thermal and adhesive. The shoe labels are acceptable. The gift set of stickers is a nice touch. Thank you very much

According to the description, production in 48 hours. But shipping took over a week. Unfortunately the stickers arrived bent. The stickers are as ordered but the processing and delivery were poor.

I have not received my order correctly, I am missing the protective stickers for the shoe stickers. I had to put them on my daughter for school but the result is that the sticker has been erased in two days.

I was initially in love with the stickers and clothes labels as they have clear colour, illustrations and text. I ironed a few labels onto my sons school t shirts and have attached stickers onto his clothes labels. Unfortunately these stickers have come off after the second wash at 30degrees which is a real shame as I had planned on ordering more of them. I'm not happy with the fact that these stickers have come off after spending so much time ironing them on.

The product ordered (thermoadhesive labels) arrived in a very long time also due to a reprint as the first one was not of very good quality. The response time to the e-mail sent to ask about it is long. The product is not satisfactory because from all the cotton sweatshirts it came off before even washing it. It only holds well on school pinafores. Overall I am not satisfied

Very cool, but they do not last long

Every time the guard is empty, there's something moving around inside like scrap metal. Disappointed for the price, I could have found it cheaper elsewhere.

The labels look brilliant but some of them are already peeling off after only one wash which is disappointing. I have the iron on labels, maybe the sticky ones would be better

Good label quality at first glance. I'm waiting to see on the long term. Order received after almost a month of waiting. Several emails sent to find out the status of my order but no reply. I only received a reply a week later. Satisfied with the labels but not with the customer service!

Hello I love your labels very good value for money but the problem is that they do not hold after one or two washes Cordially

Beautiful labels, but unfortunately delivery took too long (3 weeks for me), especially when we're in the middle of back-to-school and need to label everything quickly.

Iron-on labels go right through the first wash ... !!! All that work for nothing

Communication doesn't work very well: not reading in time my order cancellation request made 10 minutes after the order itself, the product was clearly put into production and shipped. They justified themselves by saying that since I had sent multiple cancellation requests (since they were not responding and since I wanted them not to put the production in place) and therefore multiple emails, and responding to them as they arrived, they did not arrive in time to stop the order because they did not read the emails. So something in the communication is obviously not working. The labels arrived: very nice and well made; I still haven't had a chance to test their strength or even see how they adhere to fabrics and how they react to washing... Also there: I paid 25 for 110 pieces and that's not cheap. They shipped by regular mail so they could get lost and no one would know anything about it...and I dread to imagine if there was talk of a refund...however everything arrived in the end thankfully! I give 3 stars because the labels are cute and well made. Otherwise flop!

Only long time compared to what is stated on the site

Great products but compared to the past the shipping time has lengthened considerably.

I placed the order in early September and it has not yet arrived. I can't comment on anything else because I haven't seen the product.

The product itself is fine. But the delivery times are long and that makes the overall experience not good. You have to take care of all the details

I had ordered labels for clothes, but instead they arrived for items. No matter I used them anyway...I will place another order for clothes, hoping the right ones arrive.

The quality of the labels is good but they take too long to be received. I had to add 2 weeks of waiting time to the 48 hour delivery time advertised on the website for an order in Spain... Too long for an order of labels on line focused on back to school....

Label conforms. However, the order was placed on 10/09/19 and received on 26/09/2019...

Quality product, reasonable price according to the product. Slow in shipping. Poor returns service. I have been waiting 10 days for them to tell me how to return what I bought. They give a phone number to which no one answers. It's a shame because the product is very good

Very nice water bottle but in my opinion too delicate the cap, as soon as it slipped out of my baby's hands the cap split... it's not that cheap so this a little bit bothered me
