This is the second time, and it suits me fine.

Items paid for, NEVER arrived! I contacted them by email and with their timing they replied, excusing themselves and blaming the post office but telling me they would resend my order which NEVER arrived!

I ordered some labels in September but haven't arrived. I contacted them twice but I'm receiving automatic reply to check if my address is correct. I replied to that email but haven't heard back! So no labels and with money taken! Disappointed

Absolutely love the stickers and iron-on labels I have purchased for my son (who is starting nursery very soon). Although I received less iron-on labels than I ordered, the team was super helpful, quickly produced them and sent them my way. I am very pleased with the product and now I also know they have a dedicated & helpful team behind the beautiful labels.

We are very happy with the choice and quality of the stickers. The stickers for the pens were slightly larger than expected - I knew them to be smaller from another site, but I should have paid closer attention to the dimensions beforehand 😉 Great selection of motifs and font combinations. The only thing was that shipping took a little longer than expected, but arrived just in time. We will buy again.

Order placed in SEPTEMBER. multiple emails sent. Order still not received and no response from customer service. Bad bad bad. Stay away

Labels I have been buying for years. They are always beautiful and durable. Unfortunately this 'year the first order placed in August was lost but the after sales monitored my situation to the point of sending me the order again I recommend considering a shipment that is traceable. Thank you and to the next order ?

Clothing labels are very legible and attractive. It's very practical to stick them on with an iron. However, on some garments, they don't stick very well and you have to start sticking them several times.

Very good labels, good customer service

Super disappointed with the iron-on labels. I confidently ordered over a hundred iron-on labels and what a shame! If I follow the instructions well, the labels stick but after a few days they come off and I've just found one in the washing machine after washing the clothes at 40 degrees. The price is reasonable, but if it doesn't stick, it's useless. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Thrown out after the first one I had left in my hand. Beautiful aesthetically but they don't hold up to washing. Mine came off right after ironing them, even before washing.

My partner ordered labels for school and after the beauty of 4 weeks they still have not arrived after sending him reminders by email..... compliments and never again....Alessio of petit fernand had replied to me....still compliments because he said the same things to my partner.... a few weeks ago....you are pathetic

Ordered in August- never received. Company claim they have resent the order twice now, funnily enough neither of those have been received and no tracking information ever provided. Now ignored my email requesting a refund!

I have already created & ordered the school starter sets twice now, as a gift for my nieces starting school. Both times they were well received & are really very useful. I think it's nice that you have lots of lovely options to choose from, also because each child is very individual. As I had created the second one on my phone, there were problems with the font. I contacted customer service by email & received very friendly help & a quick solution the same day. Many thanks again :).

It's been over a month since I placed the order, I still haven't received it. It seems that the problem is with the post office, you tell me that it is a problem with my address. However, I receive many packages at home and I have never had any problems. They only contact me by mail, with the delay that this entails. You could have called me on my phone to try to speed things up.

I placed an order for labels on September 27 and it is now October 12. I still haven't received the parcel and customer service hasn't replied to my e-mails. I'm really disappointed by this brand, fortunately there are more responsive competitors.

Good quality but the labels are difficult to remove from the current backing, the old one was more practical.

Very satisfied, the only downside is that it doesn't stick super hard, because my son can peel off the labels on his school things (pencil, notebook, slate, etc.).

The product is good, you have to admit that. But the shipping and delivery in my case was slow. They don't give you any tracking code for the shipment and communication with them is quite slow. But I repeat: the product is good and of quality.

Great website for ordering, stickers arrived perfectly on time and the quality was better than I expected. I got the stick on labels, as opposed to iron on, and they are really great. Perfect size for clothing labels and have stayed on in the wash so far. Would definitely recommend.

Labels peel off after a few washes Disappointed, this was not the case when using another label brand before.
