These iron-on name labels simply don't work. I bought them for my son's clothes and the majority of them have come off in the very first wash. The only ones that have stayed on are the few that I ironed on to the labels of the clothes, rather than on to the material directly, however, obviously this is sometimes just not possible to do and the instructions provided don't suggest that this is what you need to do. I would strongly advise others not to purchase these name labels, as I feel that they were a waste of money and a waste of time. I personally know someone else who has experienced the same issue with these labels so this is clearly not just a one-off. They look lovely but frankly I will be going back to the stick on labels that you can purchase from Amazon for half the price and which don't come off in the wash.

When I placed my order, within five minutes of validating my basket, I immediately sent a request to cancel an item ordered by mistake. The response was that it was too late, as my order had already been dispatched!!!! 5 minutes after validating my basket!!!! Incredibly fast to print on a gourd and labels!!!! Forgot the 7-day right of withdrawal, as well as the commercial gesture after the numerous orders placed previously. For my part, I call this forced selling. After so many years of ordering and satisfaction, I've been disappointed and I won't be ordering from this site again, that's for sure.

Insufficient adhesion with the 2nd batch of iron-on labels, inadequate support!

Order placed on 5/29/2020, to date which is 6/15/2020 nothing has arrived. I contacted customer service several times giving evidence of a problem with the shipping number because it indicated "awaiting package custody", but I was not listened to but rather scoffed at saying that they know how it works and don't need my links to the courier site. Opened dispute on paypal and requested urgent shipment. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I placed an order on June 4th, it's now the 13th and I still haven't received my order! despite the advertising, it was shipped in 48 hours! false advertising!

I would like to rate the order if I had it. It's nice that the rating sheet is more there than the goods. I hope the goods arrive soon, then I can rate it again. MfG

It is useless the quality, design, or any other positive thing that your products have, if you buy it for a gift, with enough time, and it does not arrive for the date, so it is useless the purchase, I received it with much delay I called several times by phone to ask and they never answer the phone.

No answer from you about an order problem!

My item was never delivered and when I asked for a refund, it was suggested that I got my own address wrong which is why I never received it. Appalling customer service.

Does not live up to its promise! Despite careful application, only lasts for 1 or 2 washes (at 40°) ..... So the 10-year guarantee is completely false. We've wasted time and money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Hello, I'm really sorry but two disappointments on the picnic boxes (x2).... A clip that has already broken and the design that is coming off on the front.... Not disappointed with the water bottles, they're great. The bags shrink in the wash even though they haven't been tumble-dried.... Sorry for these comments. Sincerely Marjorie BERTIER

My order has not arrived and the amount was deducted from my account.

I placed a fairly substantial order for self-adhesive labels and a small personalized fabric bag. Nothing wrong with the labels, but the bag is a disaster: the stitching threads are sticking out everywhere and the seams are not stopped, so if you pull on them everything falls apart! Frankly, I'm very disappointed with this bag, I'm going to have to do all the stitching myself, spending 9 euros for nothing.... Even if the labels are great, I won't be ordering from a site that really doesn't care about people!

To date, we have still not received the labels, ordered a month ago.

Purchased the iron-on labels for my son. Once through the wash and every single one has come off. Utterly useless; would definitely not recommend.

Hello This note reflects the fact that no one answers the phone at the number you put on your site and the fact that I still have not received my labels after multiple requests and an email response from you that it's gone!!!! I think that a more personalized call would be welcome in order to settle definitively this order placed I believe in April ... we are far from the 48 working hours and do not answer me on the Covid passed by the excuse does not hold any more ... unwillingness or lack of professionalism I do not know !!! That's why I do not pass by internet your return sav lack of responsiveness and professionalism .

Overcharged me. Emailed as soon as the order went thorough and I have yet to receive a response. They did have the time to send me this review request though. Product itself is lovely.
