Nice stickers, but 30 euros for a simple booklet is just too much. If this were a pretty little album, then fine. But as it is, it is quite unwieldy, especially for children's hands, and will quickly become damaged and/or easily lost. Shipping by post is also questionable for this amount, as it is uninsured. What's more, it comes in a simple envelope, so the simple booklet is crumpled! However, the terms and conditions make it clear that little value is apparently placed on consumer rights. Return if not satisfied or similar. - is not. No recommendation.

I did not receive the confirmation email, nor have I received a reply to the email query I wrote. They say that production takes 48 hours but we don't know when the order will arrive. I need it now. It doesn't seem fair to pay for something that you don't know when you will receive. At the moment my degree of satisfaction is zero, I hope it will be solved soon. I received the order and the product is of good quality, I am happy with the purchase but it still doesn't seem right that you don't receive a confirmation email, the uncertainty is disconcerting. The order I placed on July 29 is still not complete as of today, August 25. I received the water bottles in a first shipment, then the name tags in a second shipment and I'm still waiting for the 2 sheets of stickers. I ordered a water bottle for my 4-year-old son. Very happy with the design and colors. However, I was very disappointed with the system. The cap is very difficult to open, the drinking system is impossible to unlock ... my son has to force ... to use his hands (not at all hygienic)... in short... I wouldn't recommend it. I received my order this morning, delivery time more than correct, 1 week between order and delivery. Overall, I'm satisfied with my order; the gourd is superb although it seems a little "fragile" to me, I'm afraid that the slightest shock could damage the decoration... To be seen in time! A little more disappointed by the lunchbox, the box itself is nice but for the price I wasn't expecting a decalco... That said, I think that if the gourd holds up well, n°3 will also have the right to his gourd and lunchbox when the time comes.

We have ordered clothing labels before from Petit Fernand and we were very happy with them. Petit Fernand appear to have changed the process or the supplier and the new labels are horrible. They are now covered with some kind of film and it is extremely difficult to remove them from the book they come in. Unfortunately, a part was missing from the order, which has not yet been delivered (order was on 12.07.) The actual delivery took quite a long time and the link sent to track the delivery did not work (probably because the products come to France). Therefore only 3 stars. However, customer service responded quickly, friendly and adequately to inquiries and the complaint. The quality of the products (label stickers, drinking bottle and lunch box) is good as described. I have not yet tried whether the label stickers can withstand a wash cycle. Addendum from 18.08.: the missing part has still not been delivered.
