I have placed an order three weeks ago and I haven't received anything. Good that you know taking peoples money. I have sent you an e- mail two days ago to see my order status and still no answer. Don't recommend this brand. Very bad.

Hello Second back-to-school where I trust you for the children's labels. They are delighted with the logos and we (parents) with the quality and the price.

It is an order placed on August 30 of which I still have no news, I have not received it, I have not been answered to emails, I am not given solutions, nor I get my money back, I had to buy the material in another store, so I have paid 2 times and yours has not even arrived, This year fatal

Excellent products that are wash and dryer resistant

The quality was much better 2 years ago. Small labels are very difficult to remove from the booklet. Some of the labels are badly punched out. Colors and design very nice.

Due to postal problems the first order did not go through, but promptly they put the labels back in my production and they arrived and are perfect. Recommended!!!

I came across Petit-Fernand online and decided to give it a go. Was very pleased with the quality of the stick on label which I used for my child's cloths and other items. They don't come off during washing and are lovely cute design. Highly recommend those. Thank you.

The labels are beautiful, I am satisfied with the product. I don't put 5 stars because of the delay in delivery: order placed on September 8, was delivered to me on September 25 with no tracking capability.

Very nice labels

I have used their services several times. Last time, the order does not arrive after now 20 days. Customer service think that just be nice without thinking "out of the box" and solve my problem. I asked for the order number 2 times and still don't have the answer. Bad!

The stickers I ordered and paid for in advance, after more than a month after ordering and two emails from me requesting verification of shipment, never arrived. I was told that the shipment of my order was split in two as some items took longer to prepare, but so far only part of the order has arrived. The shipment tracking system should definitely be changed.
