Unfortunately, my order never arrived. It was shipped on 13/05... today is 27/05 and the package still has not arrived - I ask for assistance and the only response I get is that the order was shipped on 13/05 ??

I didn't get the result I was expecting, it wouldn't hold on cotton, so I had to sew them, which wasn't practical at all. I will NEVER call on your service again. Too bad I lost 9 euros, especially since it was for a restaurant.

Still haven't received the labels since May 6, I'm waiting.

I have received nothing

An order from March 30, still not arrived on May 26, 2020.... The seller supposedly offered me a reissue of the labels but....RIEN REÇU. It's not the first time I've ordered from this site, but I'm very disappointed. I wanted to take advantage of the confinement to anticipate the back-to-school season, but no way! I'm going to recommend them again, but elsewhere this time, hoping for delivery...

The labels come off in the wash, despite the instructions being followed to the letter. Too bad...

Do not withstand washing and come loose. Simply overpriced for the money.

A few years ago I ordered iron-on labels and they still held up well. This time, after the first wash, they came unstuck.

After my first purchase, where the labels came off in the wash, I was told by "c mon étiquette" that I must have made a mistake. So I tried again and placed a new order, with the same result.....The labels come off and I have to re-stick them every time I wash them. The designs are nice, but I'm very disappointed with the rest.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service ! In the hour which followed my order, I realized that I had finished an oversight ... to put the family name on my labels! I contacted them immediately by e-mail (3 e-mails) then by telephone a fortnight later... but they couldn't be reached !!!! Non-existent customer service !!!!!! Then 3 days later, an email indicating that my order had been dispatched, and of course my email alerts to modify my order were not taken into account! The next day, 4 days later, customer service finally sent me a message saying "what's the problem". My reply was "well, read my emails", then I explained again, but in any case it was too late, my order had been dispatched !!!!! After that, radio silence !!!! I find myself with labels without the family name and a soap that at the very least hasn't even apologized for not having answered my messages in time! Pathetic ????

I still haven't received the order and it's been 20 days

I bought the labels for towels and unfortunately none of the labels stuck at all. They were detached from the fabric after the first wash (despite the laundry net).

I haven't received my order since March.

I could comment on the product, but it has not arrived. I placed the order a month ago and was told it would arrive in 2-10 days. When that time passed, I contacted them to see what happened, they told me to wait another two weeks. They have no follow up on the order you place. When the 2 weeks pass and I still don't have my order, I send another email and they tell me they will resend my order at no cost (on top of that...). They don't give me the option to get my money back, when after more than a month I NO LONGER NEED what I ordered. Here I am still waiting for the second package they sent me. Shameful, I will never order again.

I have not received my order placed on April 21. After waiting 15 days I contacted them by email and they told me that they were going to resend me another ..... but I have not received anything. So very unhappy.

Hello. Really disappointed, I still haven't received my 2 orders. Postage delay? Letter carrier error?? ( But I can see what another person would do with labels with my little girl's name on them) In short, a big disappointment.
