Takes a long time to arrive
The labels are superb but the delivery time is far too long.
IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO ARRIVE
The labels are always great and my daughter really likes them, as she does every year. However, it's important to remember that the labels are made within 2 working days and dispatched within D+1.
It took longer than we were told
Ordered a personalized lunch box: the design arrived torn with air bubbles below the surface. After-sales service contacted, new lid sent... Arrived safely... But broken! Considering the price, that's not very serious.
Delivery times too long
Delivery time for the 2nd time is not great. Both times I had to send an email. The labels are fine, except for those for the shoes. After putting them on once, nothing is written on the labels, which become all white... No problem for the others. Thank you and have a nice day
Does not hold well on clothes 🙁 I wouldn't recommend it ...
I'm very happy with the labels, but this time I'm only giving them 3 stars because of the delivery time. Usually they are here in 2 days, this time they took 7 days to arrive.
Beautiful labels but unfortunately, those for clothes come off easily and also those on objects. I think we need to upgrade the adhesive material
In the Canary Islands delivery is not in 48h. Price a bit expensive for my taste
Several of my labels came off in the wash and dryer despite having ironed them before cleaning. I'm not very happy and some even stuck to the drum of the washing machine.
The quality of the labels is very good, but it takes a long time to arrive, it has taken me 3 weeks to arrive and not from 2 to 10 days as I was told.
Nice choice of customization, very easy to order. However, delivery and tracking leave a lot to be desired! It took me over 2 weeks to receive my order. No order tracking sent. What's more, when the order arrives, it's in a silly envelope and part of my order was damaged... too bad ...
If you are in a hurry do not order long enough delays I do not recommend this site
The lunch boxes and canteens are very nice, but the price is excessive for what they are, especially the lunch boxes.

I purchased the thermoadhesive labels. Unfortunately I found the instructions for use a bit vague, for example it says that you can stick them on most fabrics but in reality you have to use the iron at the maximum temperature (200 degrees) which is not suitable for e.g. mixed or synthetic fabrics, the risk of ruining them is there, since you have to press them with the iron for 12 seconds, which is not a few... Or there is a risk of damaging other details such as zippers of sweatshirts that literally melt if you are not really very careful about the position of the iron(which is not always easy on children's clothes, which are small compared to the size of the iron plate). Apart from these drawbacks I have yet to test the durability to washing but I hope they will hold up. Certainly they are ideal and easier to apply on only natural fabrics such as cotton.

Satisfied but not completely, in the wash I found a few labels in my drum. Probably not enough iron or too much? Shipping much later than the 48 hours indicated.
Shipping was quick and on time and the graphics are as I expected however I don't like the material they are made of. I thought they were printed on cloth is instead it is like plastic. Especially for thermo-adhesive ones that are put on clothing, in contact with the skin, I don't think it's the best. I would have preferred them made of cloth. On durability I can't comment yet because it's too early.

The order of the stickers are very cool and of good quality but when I placed the order I checked first that it does not ask for the address to place an order but only the money when you have already paid I send you the message that the address was missing and then that the order arrives much later than when it says delivery guarantee. It's a disaster on that part.
As a product I do not discuss. I do however discuss the unreliable shipping as a time frame! I would rather pay even 2/3 but be sure it arrives in 2/3 days. Do not rely on the post office but some courier more accurate!

Box closes well, a little too big for my daughter's backpack. Doesn't keep the cold out for long
Shoe labels are nice but lose their color after two uses.

The quality of the stickers is very good, the bad thing is that it took more than 15 days to arrive.
In this latest installment, they don't stick together as well as in previous installments.

Orders take too long
The iron-on labels are quick and easy to apply, but not all of them can withstand a 40 degree wash cycle. This really bothers me and makes me unhappy
I think that the delivery times are a bit long compared to those offered by other competing companies. I missed being able to track my order, i.e. to know at all times if it is in production, shipping, delivery, etc. I would like to highlight the nice and practical presentation where the labels go.
Very pretty and easily applied labels. Unfortunately those for clothes stickers also easily detachable....
OVERALL EVALUATION correct price perfect delivery labels come off after a wash in the washing machine
The only downside was that I couldn't see where my order was.
The labels are pretty but I had ordered 2 different first and last names and everything was put in the same booklet... even though some of it was a gift I wanted to give...
