The labels are very good and durable even after many washes. I always get my supplies from Petit_Fernand because the absolute best on both fabrics and objects. The water bottle can be improved, it is a bit too heavy and you need to be careful to close it well (screw it properly after filling it) to avoid spillage. Very nice and durable snack sets as well, again, maybe a bit too heavy for kids' bags. In any case excellent durable materials and beautiful decorations.

The order was sent to an old address on my file that I haven't used in 4 years. Fortunately a former neighbor was kind enough to get it to me, otherwise I would have lost the order.

Impeccable service, as promised. I regularly purchase labels x clothes and shoes, both adhesive labels to those that iron on. Personally, I use many more adhesive labels than heat-stretch labels, as the latter are less versatile on some synthetic fabrics. Customer service is prompt and quick to respond: during the difficult period of the covid19 lockdown, an order had never reached me in the mail. Probably the postal system had misplaced it. In better times I sent an email to report the incident: my order was put back into processing without further delay and I received what I ordered in the standard time frame. Kudos to all the staff!

The material is not good, the clothing tags come off, and the water bottle cap broke right away. There is no phone number to call and ask for assistance

Beautiful, colourful and practical labels, some of which I received in the shape of a cheque book. They hold well on clothes, water bottles, snack boxes etc. depending on their basic use, and the gluing process is very well explained. As we like to say, if you're satisfied at the time, you'll have to wait and see.
