Order never arrived. As well as a response to my emails. Nor even a refund.
I placed the order a full three weeks ago and still what I had purchased has not arrived.
Obviously I had to make other arrangements, order never arrived and there is no refund, no tracking..they could tell you anything and a standard email with "we're sorry..but your business..." Basically... Lousy. Do not order!!!

Hello I'm disappointed because the self-adhesive labels don't stick directly on the clothes; they have to be stuck on the labels...if I had known, I would have used iron-on labels!
Customer service blocked me on messenger because I'm not happy with my last delivery. The labels are coming off. I ordered because I was very happy last year, and I still have the labels in place. They haven't moved despite washing (especially the one on my son's comforter, which has held for 1 year).
I'm very pleased with both the stickers and the hot-melt labels - they're fast, effective and washable.
Order received not very quickly I expected a shorter delay. The labels to stick on the clothes cut out very badly, otherwise the rest of my order was fine.
Everything excellent, the quality of the labels and the presentation, perfect. The shipping time is very long, which is why I do not give it 5 stars, although it is true that it is a postal issue, not Petit-Fernand. The order has not arrived. The Spanish contact phone number does not answer. The contact email is also unresponsive... terrible after sales service and clearly transport problems that do not deliver the orders and they do not even know about it.
