I am to review my previous review..initially after not receiving anything after a 4 week wait and not getting any feedback from support I was really upset...however I also understand that the fault at the end of the day is not them but the postal service...moreover to remedy they sent my order back to me within a week. my advice they should use a more reliable shipper.

Good product....pity the delivery time is not right.....

The labels are beautiful. I took two stars off because they took 15 days to arrive. Perhaps it would be better to allow customers to choose tracked express delivery with a contribution to shipping costs. Or provide free tracked expedited delivery for purchases over a certain amount (also considering the fact that they are not exactly cheap...) Sincerely

Even tho there was a problem with the delivery and was delayed for a week the results were great. The quality is really good and easy to iron on the clothes. Really happy with my purchase. For sure that I will get more.

I did not receive half of an also important order after almost a month, I requested information. They responded to me ONLY after a negative review here, The response was an email asking me to confirm that I received the goods I did not receive, to my trying to get in touch we go through the service again which puts me in the queue in the emails and they did not give me the opportunity to call anyone... mah

The labels are adorable. However, the clothes labels don't wash well and come off on the comforters. I tried the iron-on transfer ones. Not bad. Unfortunately, I had an accident with a doudou who lost the tip of his ear under the iron. Make sure your garment fits under the iron. The water bottle is great. I'll take one back. I'd recommend it. Useful and pretty pack. Thanks
