I placed the order on 08/29/2021 and as of 09/27/2021 I have not received the product, so for the moment, I am quite dissatisfied.

Lots of choice, good quality labels, very pretty. I'd recommend them! Perhaps the only thing missing is shoe labels, with right/left differentiation (e.g. an animal cut in two), which would be useful for kindergarten children.

I ordered custom labels (very nice) on September 3, they were shipped a few days later but two weeks later they still have not been delivered to my address. Certainly the problem is with the postal service, but I cannot assign a higher rating....

Labels arrived in about ten days in an envelope with no tracking as expressly written in the notes (which I missed) but customer service was very kind and responded right away. The labels are beautiful, easy to apply and at the moment also seem durable ?? I will definitely make more purchases!

The service is top-notch, the customization easy, the delivery fast. The only downside is that the water bottle has a hard plastic cap. So it's already broken. But apart from that, I recommend it.

Too long to receive the order, some labels are not well cut and can not be peeled off and for my taste too big, I would have preferred more and smaller 6.

Arrived in the right time..turn out to be very shiny and easy to apply..as of yet I have not tested the performance in the dishwasher and microwave but to hand washings for sure..they are still firmly fixed where I placed them..I will definitely buy more in the future.
