I did not receive the order placed, I contacted the seller who at first seemed helpful in resolving the problem, then when I confirmed the shipping address I was asked to stop writing so as not to hinder the process. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal

The product is very good,much better than in other online stores,but the shipping took a long time.I needed the stickers for the beginning of school and they took more than a month,so they were of no use to me because I had to buy other ones.

The stopper was a replacement from the gourd purchase that had not withstood the treatment of a little boy. The printing on the bag is of very good quality.

I have been buying from Petit-Fernand for several years and I was very happy with the stickers I bought. This year I can't say the same as I ordered stickers for school books and hot stickers for clothes and I only received the hot stickers after a month.

The self-adhesive labels on the snack box come off after only a few washes... Only one of the many iron-on labels I put on my clothes. Otherwise, the design is very nice and so is the look. But I'm worried about how they'll hold up!
Excellent workmanship. When I asked for an answer as to how long my order would take, you were able to get back to me. Following the instructions the stickers do not peel off.

Very nice gourd my 4 year old daughter is very happy with it but it's a little hard to open and close at the beginning because it's new but otherwise it's perfect for going to school.
Very bad...I ordered nametags and never got them, customer service asked me to wait and contact them again, but they have disappeared and are no longer responding.... already paid and never received.... NEVER AGAIN.

Labels of excellent quality! Only downside a few more days than expected for delivery ..but in the end everything arrived at the destination..with the pleasant surprise of gift stickers for my baby C.M.
Impeccable nothing to say
The labels don't fit at all, despite having followed the protocol, and the gourd is already cracked, even though it's paused on a table at the entrance to the classroom and doesn't move all day.
