I'm disappointed with my experience following a first order on the site that I should have received before the start of the school year. First of all, the parcel arrived completely damaged and opened at the post office with items missing. I had to return the order, thinking that the items had been stolen. The postman advised me to refuse the parcel, which was confirmed by the site advisor I spoke to on the phone. The problem was that the items were out of stock and the consultant didn't mention this to me. What's more, I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my second order, even though it was supposed to be sent without delay (which was promised to me by the site's consultant), but she preferred to wait for the order to be returned incomplete, which is not commercial. As a result, I've been unable to label my child's school supplies for the start of the new school year and have had to complete my order elsewhere.

The stickers are fine but it takes 2 weeks to receive them if you live in the UK. If I was aware at checkout that the shipping would take so long I would not have purchased the labels. There is fine print that says shipping takes 10 business days but you have to looks for it

Disappointed. The labels come off one by one with each wash and I find some stuck on other clothes... in the drum of the machine... I thought I'd make my life easier... but there's nothing like a marker on the garment label... I won't make the mistake of cutting them off again...

A little disappointing this time round. I've used Petit-Fernand since my son started school, however this year the quality doesn't seem as good. The stickers aren't cut out sufficiently and when I attempt to remove them from the sheet quite a few have ripped. Hopefully it's just a bad batch but being I buy them a year at a time I just have to suck it up and deal with it until next time!

Good self-adhesive labels, the quality is always there. The iron-on labels aren't as good, I was expecting something with more of a "fabric" feel, but they're still plastic. It's a pity, because I'd taken them for clothes where the label can itch on the neck, but in the end it's the same as the sticky ones, with less practicality. Maybe, on the other hand, they'll last longer... but that's not my intention, as clothes are meant to be worn. The new water bottles are great, but it's a shame we didn't adapt the new caps to the old bottles to take advantage of this evolution. Finally, the relay point didn't have the same opening hours as those indicated on the website, which is very problematic when you're working.
