The package was delayed for a long time, the company with which they send is not of quality. The package arrived in an envelope all dirty, and in very very bad condition of the transport, very bad image.Luckily the product inside was not damaged. I think they should change the shipping method.

I never received my order and requested a refund. It was promptly returned to me. However, I would have liked to receive a compensation, a detail for the inconvenience caused.

Article received quickly but a little disappointed the color of the box is flashier than on the photo And the personalization on the box does not have a visual quali. I'm giving it to a two-year-old, who won't be able to see it, but it's a good idea. As for the gourd, it looks good visually, just a tiny tear on the side.

Very disappointed with the items received. Very expensive for what they are. I ordered toiletry bags I thought would be waterproof inside but no but still it could pass if the inside was well done but no all the seams are visible. A horror I don't even dare offer them.

Labels print well but peel off except on paper or cardboard. Disappointing.

I don't like having to pick it up at the shipping point (store) when it's an envelope that fits in my mailbox at home. It's a lot of work for me to go to another town for an envelope.

Positive points: second experience with this site, this time for the new bags! They can be personalized and are of very good quality on delivery. Big downside: I wanted to have them quickly before leaving on vacation, so I took express delivery (max 48h). On the website, the order was prepared in 24 hours, even though it took longer... + delivery time not respected... What's the point of taking this option at 9 to receive them 5 days later like a standard delivery? Too bad about that. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

This is the second time I've ordered self-adhesive labels for clothes. I'm quite disappointed for the second time, the labels don't hold and wash off on the 1st wash.

The product never arrived. I contacted them after three wks and they did respond quickly offering to resend or full refund. I received a full refund.

I ordered two bottles and labels for my son's first day of school. The bottle with the spout is fine, and the labels are as described. However, the bottle with a straw is a failure. It leaks all the time and has to be upright all the time. Don't think about putting it loose in your bag or your child's bag, as the whole thing will get soaked. I'm extremely disappointed. As a result, it's unusable for the purpose I had in mind (carrying it to school every day). I regret my purchase!

I'm disappointed with the adhesion of the labels, whether on clothes or on objects.... After one day, they peel off easily.... these objects are handled by 3 and 5 year olds. I thought these labels would really stick for at least a few months....see a year 😉

After 2 months of use, it's not a great success. The labels are coming off certain garments (depending on the material). Disappointed...

Having ordered a kindergarten pack, I find that the labels are moderately well designed. For example, the clothing stickers are too large, while a large part of the surface is taken up by the image. It's often difficult to stick them on properly. But the worst thing is the number of messages you get after you buy! I've just unsubscribed from the mailing list and there's a text message. All that for a book of labels))) I won't do it again, that's for sure.

Clothes labels come off in the wash.. followed instructions precisely. It's unfortunate but they stay on my child's water bottle so not completely useless. Expected better.

Very easy to stick on a garment or comforter, but doesn't stand up to the washing machine with 1 cycle at 40 degrees.

The gourd is really great! But then frankly the straw ... catastrophic ... it does not hold and my son finds himself at kindergarten without being able to drink ... too bad for the price ...

I'm very disappointed because I had ordered iron-on labels. They are very easy to put on the garment but unfortunately they don't hold at all. After just 2 washes, the labels are already starting to peel off and are barely holding on. I'm really disappointed.

I buy the labels for school. The product is very good, the shipping very long, but patience if it waits if it is worth, the problem is that since October 10 I am still waiting .

Labels to be attached to garment wash tags, or to be attached to the label that sits behind the neck of garments, should be smaller and horizontally. And have a more malleable material. Thanks

The product itself is fine but delivery time (10 business days) was insane for a regular letter sized envelope. Would not order again for this reason

Pretty labels but not ready to use; I don't have an iron.

They made a mistake in my order, did not answer the customer service phone and after a while they called me back. They sent me the labels again but without further delay and without offering a shipment to my home, only to the pick up point.

I always have some problem... Either they don't get to me right... or they make a mistake with the labels. In this case, I wasn't the one who was harmed; they sent me the labels I ordered plus another envelope in my name with labels of another boy or girl...

The labels are great, but the delivery time doesn't keep its promises. I paid a delivery fee to be delivered in 24h 48h max and I received my labels 1 week later my son was back from camp.

I placed 3 orders, one of which never arrived. I was told it would be sent back but it did not arrive the second time either. Last order arrived but I paid tracking this time. I don't know whose responsibility it is but the experience is not good for logistics. The product is very nice.

I am very happy with the product, without any doubt I will buy again but what I did not like and I have been slow to order it is the shipping method, not having the option to mark orders to my address is quite annoying because having to move to a collection point is more difficult for me.

I'm very happy with the stickers on the care labels (we'll have to see how long they last)! On the other hand, the iron-on labels don't hold up at all after only 2 washes. I'm very disappointed with this one, as it's the one that interested me the most, so I'm not sure about the whole thing.

I have purchased the adhesive fabric labels twice and they are great. The thermoadhesive ones, however, have disappointed me. They have no hold and come off easily, even though I followed the application directions. .

Everything perfect, very durable item adhesive labels! Only downside is very long delivery time .

It's the second time in the last 4 times stickers for kindergarten. Child 1 didn't need a change of clothes very often - everything held up well, child 2 did... I scratch the stickers for the clothes out of the washing machine... I'm already kind of annoyed

The proposed labels are too impodent to be placed on clothing.
