I find it very practical, I love the different labels. The booklet system is also very well done. Honestly, everything is good and the shipping is fast too. But I find that the labels don't hold on certain garments like jeans and certain materials. I'm a bit disappointed, I have a dozen that didn't last two weeks, so I'm going to have to recommend some. I'm disappointed with my experience following a first order on the site that I should have received before the start of the school year. First of all, the parcel arrived completely damaged and opened at the post office with items missing. I had to return the order, thinking that the items had been stolen. The postman advised me to refuse the parcel, which was confirmed by the site advisor I spoke to on the phone. The problem was that the items were out of stock and the consultant didn't mention this to me. What's more, I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my second order, even though it was supposed to be sent without delay (which was promised to me by the site's consultant), but she preferred to wait for the order to be returned incomplete, which is not commercial. As a result, I've been unable to label my child's school supplies for the start of the new school year and have had to complete my order elsewhere.

The stickers are fine but it takes 2 weeks to receive them if you live in the UK. If I was aware at checkout that the shipping would take so long I would not have purchased the labels. There is fine print that says shipping takes 10 business days but you have to looks for it
