It is now over 10 days and I still have not received my order. I needed these name tabs urgently as a child was being transferred to another hospital and we did not want the toys and clothing to be lost. Other companies I have used for other items have been bang on target and brilliant. With this company the phone is never answered by a human--just a voicemail.

The text is not centered on the label, disappointed I had to stick them on bonbonnieres, I'm going to have some made again but by another site.

Unfortunately, the order has NOT been delivered yet!

Order never arrived (thermal water bottle), when asked to explain to petit fernand they told me that their responsibility ends at shipping !!! Really "small" petit corna Barbara . Do not buy from this company !!!

Ordered on 17 March. Received no confirmation email. I had to ask via Instagram where my order was. Told if it hadn't arrived before 20th April to get in touch again. It's now 16th April so a month since I placed my order and still no sign of it!

I don't know anything about my order ...and twice I have already been sent mails to tell my opinion about the product, and nobody informs me where my order is....

I didn't receive the item. I then contacted them to ask where it was and didn't hear back. All in all terrible. Took my money and didn't send the product!

Very disappointing product. No satisfaction whatsoever. The labels come off systematically on all garments as soon as, if not before, the 1st wash.

Address error delivered to my old address from over 1 year ago when I had changed the billing address thinking it would be taken into account. I've sent 2 emails with no response from you and with containment, I don't even know if they're going to reship my order to the right address! In the meantime my money has been used for what because I haven't received my order !!!!

I'm very disappointed because the labels don't stick over time, i.e. the label is ironed onto the fabric, so far no problem, the label holds, but once the garment is worn, the fabric dries and the label falls off, or sometimes it falls off in the washing machine.... it's a shame, none of the labels on the different fabrics held...

Yes, because I ordered on March 11, 2020 and here we are on March 31 and nothing has been received despite my reminders. I am very disappointed and if within 24 hours there is still nothing after my message, I will request an immediate refund.

Actually, it's not even worth giving a star. I've been waiting ages for my order. I haven't even received a confirmation. I'm really pissed off. I will ask for my money back
