Labels do not catch and fall off on their own
Order placed Sept. 2 Supposed to arrive Sept. 19 MAXIMUM We are on the 24th ..NEVER ARRIVED! I have written several times to customer service...response? "Our wonderful Customer Service team is currently handling a large number of inquiries, but we assure you that we will respond as soon as possible (promise!)."

I purchased the object labels. Quality material, they stick well and are actually water resistant. My son liked them very much. This is undoubtedly an original product, well made and really useful. I recommend the purchase and am certain to make other future purchases from Petit-Fernand!
It's lovely set of stickers
The labels are nice but I was expecting the small size for the pencils. I would use them for other objects or clothes.

Service was good. We had received the product on time and the product came as shown on the picture. Kids absolutely love it. Its not expensive as well.
Fantastic, efficient service with great products
Update: After several email reminders, customer service finally got back to me and proposed a solution. So the labels have arrived, but waiting 45 days for trivial labels without even the ability to track the shipment seems excessive to me nowadays. Especially considering the countless alternatives on the web. So I certainly will not repeat the purchase.
