I placed my order on September 1st so I could name my son's school books and I have not received them yet. So I have spent the money for nothing.

Responsive and fast delivery. Good quality, compliant products. However, personalized wooden label (for schoolbag) supplied without fastener! Not at all suitable for hanging on the bag 🙁

I'm satisfied with the labels, they wash very well. A small problem with the iron-on labels that wouldn't come off the paper, but they were very responsive when I called for service, and the labels were returned and received within 2 days.

The site is really easy to use, nice customization, fast shipping. Fast response to requests too.

The products are very nice and well made but the delivery is eternal and it takes too many days to get them. They should have other faster shipping system otherwise it takes away the desire to repurchase.

I ordered self-adhesive, rectangular and round labels. I really liked the wide choice of colors and personalization. However, I was disappointed by the size of the decal font chosen. The font style itself is fine, but the size is tiny and you have to get your eyes very close to read the child's name.

I'm very disappointed with termo-adhesive labels. Either they burn with a setting on cotton/linen or a little less strong, or they peel off even after a 24-hour break. So I ordered the sticky labels to test them out.

Very good customer service, order tracking and not to mention the quality upon receipt. We have not put them on the clothes and I do not know how long they last with washing, but at first glance it is excellent.

It looked really good, so I ordered 90 thermo-adhesive labels. But after 4 washes, I already had about ten labels that had come off. I did follow the instructions on how to stick them on, but too bad.
